    i had this tv for a week. it was for the kitchen. i did not like the remote. no numbers, difficult to manually punch numbers in if you use an antenna. the smart tv interface was slow and clunky. and everytime you turn off the tv and turn back on, it always goes to the fire tv menu, not antenna or hdmi that was last watched. there is a setting to change to alleviate this issue, i had to do some research online to fix this. the average person who expects plug and play will hate this. the picture quality was just ok. i exchanged for an lg for a little more money. the legs for the stand is held with 4 screws. did i say i hated the remote and the interface..

    I do not like the Amazon Fire Tv. First for regular over the air channels there are no numbers on the remote so I have to scroll or ask alexa and I am still new to these stations in Atlanta, so asking alexa to tune to a certain channel is bothersome. 2nd, I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall certain apps to use them. Never had that issue on my roku. VH1 still gives me an error about too many sessions when I log in, although I can log in anywhere else just fine. Overall, it's probably a great tv for someone who is a fan of Amazon, Prime and the firestick, but for me, I don't like it.

    I bought this model when I was looking for an inexpensive option for temporary housing. It does not work well with Hulu. It freezes and restarts repeatedly. ( I had no problems streaming on my phone or iPad) I had a tough time with installing an update and found out Amazon didnt support this. It just ended up being a nuisance and I had better luck watching tiny screens. There is no need for a firestick tv. I do not recommend at all. Just get a regular tv and a regular firestick

    We purchased this TV in February. Originally this TV worked great! It was easy to use with the Fire TV built in. It quickly started having connectivity issues. Then the other day it wouldn't reconnect. I went through the steps to reconnect the TV, none were working. So we finally tried to reset the TV. The TV is now frozen on the language selection screen and nothing will get it to go away. If it had continued to work I would have given it a much better rating.

    I bought this TV because I had thought that Toshiba TVs were high quality, but I did not realize that HiSense had bought Toshiba's TV business a couple of years ago. Had I known, I would not have bought it. I also did a little research on the Fire TV OS this TV uses, and though I have not turned it on, I've read that the FireTV OS has ads and a lot of "noise" in the menus. I like Amazon firesticks, but not really what I want in a TV...

    This is of course one of the cheaper options for a TV, but you'd be wise to spend a bit more. Sound quality is fine, picture is OK, but you could be waiting for over 2 minutes for the TV to respond to what you press on the remote, and the TV constantly crashes, or will stop playing your show part way through. I've only had the TV for 2 months. Huge regret.

    Got this tv at a very good deal and it has a good picture, but unfortunately I didn’t realize that I couldn’t access YouTube tv app on this smart tv because it has amazon fire. I thought I would not need my roku box, but I still need to keep it in order to connected to YouTube tv.

Customers can use the "Silk" or "Firefox" browser on Fire TV to enjoy millions of websites, including YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.     Tv will not work if you can’t connect to amazon fire account, I thought it was a regular smart tv with amazon fire capability but no.. you need to connect to Amazon fire for the tv to function as normal

      Thank you for taking the time to review our Fire TV Edition TV. Please note that an Amazon account is not required to be able to use this TV. While doing the initial setup you have the option to select between 'Basic' and 'Full' experience. If you go with the basic experience the TV will not require an Amazon account and it will support live TV as well as six streaming apps.

    This tv has a good picture but be informed that the remote is similar to a fire tv remote and is not user friendly if you need the remote to change the tv channels.
