This TV is pretty much on par with so many others in this size and price range. The picture is excellent. Sound is good. (Why have speakers that face DOWN -- as they all do?) Set up is simple. The problem with all these "smart" tv's is that they are not intuitive -- at least not to the older generation of users. To get to something as simple as captioning one has to go to far too many steps. Similarly, there is no direct "route" to antenna stations. The learning curve is reasonable, however.

picture is clear and color is excellent, simple to use and setup

Bought this Fire smart tv as an open box item. Was in great condition, but was a bit worried about the purchase. The tv works great and with great quality picture. No more need to use fire sticks or roku, this smart tv has it already built in. Nice television The set-up gave problems initially and wouldn't run through setting up the fire tv, but that resolved and it has been working great now!

Very easy setup, especially for a 70 year old! Had it set up & running in about 30 minutes! Love using Alexa to select shows...it saves a lot of time searching Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The picture & sound quality is outstanding! For the price, this would be a great TV monitor for online learning computers at home during the CORINA Virus situation.

The entire experience was painless- I knew what I needed and found it easily at Best Buy! Ordered the TV- requested same day delivery and it was at my door within hours. It's my first Toshiba purchase and it is great so far. The ease of operation is paramount anf the picture and sound is terrific. Very happy all around! Thanks Best Buy!!

Purchased a month ago ... good tv but a flimsy / cheap remote. Picture sound is pretty good for the pricing. The remote fell off the arm of my couch and does not work. I did all of the troubleshooting: changed batteries, reboot and reset the pairing with the tv and all of the endless troubleshooting hacks you can possibly find in YouTube. It’s done. Apparently, it’s a common issue with newer Toshiba sets. Must admit I was a fan but now I’m just disappointed at the quality they’re producing.

The tv has large screen, it is very light and easy to move around, has easy setup. I love it.

It's definitely a smart tv, comes with little remote, and is mainly used for YouTube. The quality picture for the screen is great and so far, nothing bad or broken about it. Had this for at least a month or two now. Price for it should've been a little lower but I don't regret paying the price that I paid for. Easy to use.

This is a good option for low cost. The size is nice fit a bedroom or similar. Nice to have the Fire TV capability, which we now use on all of our televisions, with either Fire TV OS, Cube or Stick. The one thing I don’t like about the native OS (vs. the Fire TV Cube) is that I can’t control my cable box.

Easy to setup, great picture quality, built in fire works great don’t have to worry about extra parts. Used curbside pickup and the young man who brought it out was very nice and professional, loaded it in back seat, then wished us a merry Christmas. Would definitely go this route again in the future.

This is a great smart TV for a bedroom. We purchased a 2nd one because we liked it so much. Good picture quality. No problems with apps or connections, easy to set up, and the price was right.

This is a great TV I had the 42” and loved it so I bought a smaller one for the bedroom. I love that this TV updates, the speakers could be a little louder on this one but it’s fine. Great picture, the only complaint I have is the remotes really need to have a back light to them

I was pleasantly surprised at the new TV we purchased and the quality of a newer TV. The one is replaced was a HDTV but had none of the features that this FireTV has. It is easy to use and we have already enjoyed free TV as well as YOUTUBE videos. It was an easy contactless purchase.
