Not such a smart Smart TV

When I went to make my purchas, I checked to see if the Xfinity app would work on a Fire TV. Long story short - it does not - which cuts out a large percentage of functionality. I have the app on an Insignia TV and if I had known, that's the brand I would have purchased. The other apps that I can use (CNN, Netflix, etc.) are slightly glitchy. Works ok but not seamlessly.

The set up on the TV was extremely easy even for those of us that are tech-challenged. We always buy from Best Buy versus Amazon as it is nice to know that if we have problems, we can easily visit our nearest location and they will assist in any way that we need,
