Remote wasn't working

In perfect condition. When I mounted it was when I found out it didn't work. It was the remote it was any good. So I called the 1-800 # on the inside of the remote after proof of purchase. A new remote was mailed out to me in 2 business days. All is well. Great buy at the end of the purchase. Yes, I would do it again.

An associate approached and asked me for help and 10mins later I was in the car with my elderly uncle's new smart TV. I wish I could remember his name but all I did was give him the description of an ad a saw online and he took from there. My 82 yr old uncle was in a home fire and lost everything. This is his first smart TV. He has been truly enjoying it.
