The screen quality is great. The HUGE problem for us is the annoying process of accessing *local* TV networks/stations. When turned on, the TV always defaults to movies and special stations/programs. It is VERY confusing working out HOW to turn to a *local/live* network (for us, cable service). The instruction sheet is not much help. It seems logical that the system should *by default* always open to the local-area, regularly-scheduled networks, and NOT special or pay-for-view programming. Then as a secondary option, one can choose to switch out of local to movies, sports, and other pay-for-view options. Finally, through subsequent phone calls to our excellent and *patient* installer, we were able to write notes to follow for accessing local programs after the TV is turned on.

Great picture and resolution. and the fire tv feature works very well. you can use voice commands to control the tv, or connect it to Alexa. It has an headphones jack which even my 52" samsung did not have. I bought in open box, and it looks and works, just like if purchased new... Well worth considering. I was shown all of the 32" open boxed tv's, and found this gem.

Very nice 32” Toshiba smart tv.

There are plenty of apps to allow you to customize your entertainment experience. I really like the fact that you can download the SiriusXM app to listen to music, if you have a Sirius subscription. The sound is good, just don’t expect cinema quality sound from the little speakers. The picture is clear and crisp and the colors are true.
