After one day the remote control stopped working and I had to "reboot" the remote and TV in order for it to work again. The buttons just stopped operating and responding with the tv. The only button that worked was the power button. Hopefully this doesn't ever happen again. Especially after the return period and warranty expires. I should not of had to deal with that after one days use. Or ever. I wish the power cord was 3 times longer. I think its only about 24 to 36 inches long. Which sucks if you're putting it in almost any location that doesn't have a wall outlet directly under where you want to put it. Other then those two issues, its nice being able to have all my apps located easily in one place. I just wish I could find a remote control sleeve for the remote. Because the remote is so thin and slippery feeling. I was able to find a sleeve for my Fire Stick Remote, but not the Fire TV remote for some reason.

I love the tv. Price was great. Delivery was very good. Employees at best buy are very knowledgeable. I like that it has Amazon Prime and Hulu. I bought the wall mount and it's perfect. I'm looking forward to winter and snuggling up and watching the tv from laying down. I recommend this tv.

Like the picture quality and above all i enjoy the sound quality. Toshiba has always had a good sound. The processor speed is good. It does not lag too much in loading the apps of course it depends on your wifi and router's speed. Love the features.

We usually purchase a more expensive brand. However this time we purchased 3 of these Toshibas with the built in fire stick. If i could rate it 10 stars I would!!! Highly recommend, the quality is fantastic, would definitely purchase again, the price was great also!

Purchased this to replace a smaller TV with a separate Fire TV stick that had stopped working. Decided to go for the all-in-one version to reduce cords and clutter and I’m glad I did. TV is awesome. Great picture and sound and I love the pre- installed apps!

This is my first Smart Fire TV. I've been a Roku girl forever. However, this TV was at a good price point. As for set up, it was pretty straightforward and seems easy to navigate. I feel like it's a good TV for the price. I use it in my guest room and it's a perfect size.

I bought this smaller TV to place inside a cabinet, it fit perfectly. I don't have cable service but I do have WiFi and I have been able to watch a lot of different shows. The reception and the picture is great. I have enjoyed this TV very much and I would consider buying it again but bigger.

Perfect little TV. I was a bit nervous ordering an open box item but it was well worth the savings. The TV is in pristine condition and I am excited to have gotten a name brand TV at the off brand price since it was open box. Will consider open box items from now on when purchasing.

I’ve had issues with the product (Toshiba Smart TV 32 Inch) and in all fairness I’m not certain if I’ll keep it. I miss being able to press numbers of the channels I want to watch. They’re not easily accessible. At first the tv kept cutting off. I have to pull the electrical cord and replug it in order for it to play. The start time once turning on the tv takes at least 30-60 seconds if not longer. I guess you get what you pay for seeing it’s under $200.00. If a customer isn’t concerned about these issues, than why not go for it. It depends on the person’s tv needs if I would recommend this product or not.

Only problem I have is they charged me for 2 TVs and also sent me 2. I returned one and was told I could have to call to get a receipt. My Best Buy account only showed I purchased one even thought to charged me twice. Other than that it arrived early and is so far a good product.

this works great with the wifi to watch the shows I love and movies. This was a perfect size to sit on top of a dresser in an extra bedroom. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase it again as it saves on getting another cable box with a monthly fee.

Bought this as a guest room tv for the holidays, great deal for a quality TV at the right price, and even better since we migrated off of cable and onto Youtbe TV this past year. I don’t have to buy the dongle from Amazon, and get Prime, YouTube TV and Plex for my media library

This TV replaces an older one that was having problems turning on. This TV fits the space perfectly, has no problems and has been providing excellent service since I received it. I would recommend this TV to others.

This Toshiba tv is on the small size— but I did not want a larger one. The picture snd sound qualities are fine— much better than the 2-3 year old Samsung tv that it replaced, and the price that I paid for it (as an open box item) was a bargain.

Excellent for my grandson . They watch tv and play Xbox on it. They also watch Netflix on it. Hopefully the will not loose the remote anytime soon because I don’t think they will be able to figure out the buttons on the tv. Build quality seems fine and it is extremely light.

Overall I really like this TV. I like the Amazon Fire features. The sound is good. The picture is very good for a lower cost TV. I don’t really like the menus much compared to my LG Smart TV’s, these menus seem to not give the watcher as much control. I like the set-up on the remote.

Easy to set up. Had a bit of difficulty actually searching the channels then getting the channels to work. After updating the remote, it worked perfectly. (Update everything - remote and TV - to avoid wasting any time.) This is my second Toshiba Fire TV, and I love it.

Great picture quality and sound quality. The remote is a bit complex with too many small buttons so you inadvertently do things you never intended to do. I would give 5 stars except for the remote. The operating system takes a bit to get used to but it works well.

Excellent buy for a TV in a third bedroom. It was purchased to have a TV in room for guest. The full features to watch Netflix, Prime, Hulu watch HBO Max was the selling point for me. The fact that it is driven bprimeade for easy connections.
