We thought it was the internet connection in the location of the TV as it is a corner spot, then we thought it was the outlet because surely a brand new TV would work. We have now tried all those things and finally moved to another location and it still doesn't work half the time. It gets stuck or kicks you out of about any APP you try and watch . The sad thing is we have tried trouble shooting everything and now I look and see we can't return. I really just want to exchange and hope it's not the brand but just the TV we picked up but very disappointed that I spend more and got less.
