There were two gentleman that helped us. They answered all of our questions and helped us decide the best TV for the purpose we needed it. We wanted something simple to operate for a spare bedroom that my husband would be using after a surgery. It was easy to set up and the picture is as clear as they said it would be. Totally happy with this purchase.
