I first ordered it on Amazon, but it was sold by Best Buy there also. I had a malfunctioning TV on a wall mount already, so I took the 15 min or so to swap out to the new one and then turned it on. The screen was destroyed. Strange that the box was not damaged at all. This time I bought it online, through BestBuy and picked it up at the store. No issues this time.
