This was a gift for the residents in the facility I work at. They love being able to watch tv in their room at night when the others in the house are interested in something else. It works great, picture quality and sound great and easy to use remote for my resident.

This is a fine TV. Good picture. Outstanding sound quality. It has several HDMI plugs which make it a good TV for gamers. The one thing that bothers me is how slow it is to boot up. Also it seems slow to respond to remote control inputs. This is the same TV as the Insignia brand. It's just re-badged as a Toshiba. Get it on sale and it's a good deal.

Perfect size, and great quality.....includes smart TV Fire ready!! And best buy for the cost!! Hopefully thismTV lasts as long as last Toshba purchased....tat's why we bought it!!

I bought this to replace an older smaller Vizio tv in my bedroom. The picture is great and so is the sound quality. Love the fact that it is a Smart Tv and I only have to deal with one remote - I previously had a tv remove and a firestick remote. LOVE IT...Would definitely recommend to someone looking to replace similar size. tv

The television is absolutely phenomenal! I bought this on sale for 139.99 and I use it in my shop and it's perfect! If you currently use a fire stick or an Alexa device as I do then you'll certainly appreciate the convenience of having all of that built in. With it also being a smart T.V you really can't do much better! I love it!

Great features for the price. I got this for my daughter. She used it right out of the box and was watching her favorite shows in no time. With a great Name like Toshiba you know you are getting a quality product. I have the 55inch Toshiba in my bedroom and it is awesome.

My mother needed a new TV. I went online, saw this model and loved the price. The tv has all the streaming channels which gives her a new avenue to explore new shows. The clarity of the picture, easy controls and it wasn't difficult to pair with my home service. Best Buy offers the best at great prices.

Exactly as described, and SUPERB deal!! I had placed a pick up order and arrived early. This left me time to shop around. In my app, i found "open box deals", and found this beauty! I was also able to score ANOTHER, just bigger (42inches)!! Since we are moving, our family of 5, all need new televisions for our rooms, and common areas. I was beyond impressed to be able to find so many, even more so with Best buys already fantastic prices!! Not to mention the associates are BEYOND helpful, and eagerly assist you bringing your items out to your vehicle!! (After returning home, I found ANOTHER 42 inch available online, I ended up exchanging this on for that one. It was expected to be delivered 11/15/21. I was just alerted now, through my Best buy app, IT WILL ACTUALLY BE HERE TODAY!!!) It seems Best buy just continues to be the Best, in every way!! You can really tell how much rhey Value their clients/customers!!!) Thank you best Best buy!!

Perfect tv for my preteen. Has everything she needs without me buying her a separate Apple TV. It can be slow. But I have not looked into any needed updates. It is very clear and worth buying since quality is beautiful. And that’s always worth it.

For a 32” tv, it is pretty good. Picture and sound quality are great but remote for tv is lacking in smoothness. There’s so much lag between input of remote buttons and movement between apps on tv. Could be due to size of tv and it’s operating system. Still a pretty decent tv for a good price. Would recommend for kids.

Love the TV! Great picture and sound! The only issue is the remote often cannot be linked to TV. Have had to reset several times when the only button working is the power. The TV itself no issues, the remote is just tricky

The TV we love. It’s perfect for our porch. With the Firestick that came with it, it’s great going through the TV with it. The price was great. The color is perfect. Husband loves it. I liked how I ordered on the internet and it was ready for me when I got there.

Easy to set up. Good sound and picture quality. This TV works well for those that are budget conscious and not looking for larger state of the art models . Just what we were looking for our purposes.

I love the quality and ease of this TV! The only drawback is that it often turns itself on (middle of the night, when I'm out or not watching it). I google the issue and it seems like it's a common thing with this model- and haven't yet found a solution. But otherwise, it's very easy to use and has a great picture.

Got the TV for my office at home and I have no regrets. It was hesitant due the price being so cheap but thats fine. The picture and sound are great. Hopefully it wont loose clarity after a few weeks/months. Very easy to set up and connect to your wifi.

Nice price, lots of features, but you have to be patient in setup. It’s more a computer than a TV, and it will take up a half hour or more with software updates and sorting out glitches. There were three for me. First, in the middle of downloading the second update, the screen reported that internet had been lost. It suggested measures to restore my internet, but it was fine on my computer. Last option was to unplug the TV and reboot. That reconnected. Later, when the setup goes through all the streaming apps, it doesn’t show Netflix. You have to click Next at the end and then when it asks if you really don’t want any apps, press the Netflix button on the remote. This does NOT work when you are in the apps selection screen. (This may be fixed with a software update.) Also, toward the end of setup, it did an update of the remote control. Really! On screen said it could take 1 to 2 minutes, but screen was stuck there. After about ten minutes I unplugged and restarted. Seems to be okay.

The perfect size TV with a nice picture on it for for my moms room. The smart tv has all the apps on it that she likes to watch and I think was a great Christmas present but she told me "that's not what she asked for, and would've been ok with her old 13 inch tv that was in there already".

This is a great quality smart tv and it is easy to set up. It does tend to reset from time to time, but that happened to me maybe three times in the 9 months or so since purchasing it. I think it may be due to being updated and needing to restart, which is why I didn't dock a star.
