    I purchased these two items for a friend who is bedridden at a rehab facility, and unfortunately my friend is not able to hook up the headphones, and I am in Chicago and can not help him.

    This Toshiba 32” TV had intermittent problems so I had to return for refund. Thankfully I purchased the 2yr protection plan that saved me!!!

    Legs were VERY difficuly to screw into the bottom of the set, Picture is not very vivid like the Insigna was. Sound quality not as good as the Insigna or our older Sharp.

    Volume is an issue. I'll need to purchase a bus bar. Display is not the best. I think spending an additional $20.00 for a 1080p would have been a better choice.

    Great Value TV for children’s play rooms. Could be a little more buttons on the side of the TV rather than use the remote.

    I was looking to replace a 13 year-old Vizio set in my home exercise area and had always considered Toshiba to be a good brand. I expected that advances in technology and the set being much newer would make a large difference in picture quality; if anything, this looks worse than the Vizio. In addition, the remote is very cheap. If a return would not have been a hassle, I would have returned it. I most likely will get so fed up that I will buy another set and let this piece of garbage collect dust in a corner.

    We had issues with the tv shutting off without unplugging it. Then when we tried to change channels, the screen went blank. We finally noticed a sticker on the back that said, "Recycled." I did not order a refurbished tv. Needless to say, I had to return it.
