    We were looking to downsize television sizes in our master bedroom, but this one was a bit too small.

    Cheap price weak operating system

    It was fair on price works better with iphone than android phones for streaming and has terrible lag to the point some times it goes black and white the picture on all apps to where i have to reaet the tv multiple times to work in color again

    There were problems with sound on both the sets I returned for refund. Rather than increase when I tried to boost the sound, it simply plateaued rather increased.

    Flimsy and picture not very good. Had to replace right after opening the box screen was cracked.

    Total confusion on my online order for TV. 2 orders placed in error. I called and canceled one that was designated to be shipped. But it was not cancelled so I ended up being charged for 2 TV . I returned one for credit to my credit card but the whole transaction was very frustrating.
