No benefit to bestbuy

Bestbuy customer support said try this link or number. The link lead back to chatting with customer support and the number said the TV was too small and setup an appointment. Finally get a person on the phone and he told me to bring the remote to a bestbuy and they can swap it out with receipt. I then wasted a half hour driving there to find out I'll have to swap the whole TV (which I do not have on me) in order to get a new remote. I have now tried to resolve and complain about this experience with customer support two more times to no resolve and getting the runaround to talk to a supervisor/manager. I wanted to ask what is the advantage if any to going to a local brick and mortar store (bestbuy) compared to ordering online. Considering the run around I'm getting and lack of any solution/help to this problem. I will return the TV for a full refund and purchase from a popular online store instead. I will no longer give my money to bestbuy.

Since I already have toshiba fire tvs I decided to replace with another toshiba tv. It's perfect for the guest bedroom. And the sale price of $99 was a bonus.

Display is great, the only thing I dont like about it is its a Fire TV which when turning on goes directly into FireTV mode, then you have to switch inputs.

It’s hard to navigate the clarity of the picture is great and it’s just the size I needed, but I didn’t realize it was a fire TV.
