    I jad to download the Roku channel because Amazon prime commercials are awful. Same commercials over and over...it's annoying and I don't always have the remote to MUTE. I was almost considering selling it...until I downloaded the Roku app.

    This TV is junk. The HDMI ports don't work consistently. Of course it didn't act up until after the 30 day return period. I have bought 4 HDMI cables and they all stop working afte a few times. Change the HDMI port and it'll work for a day or 2. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Very unfortunate, i thought this would be a good TV but only last a few months.

    I bought this TV a month and a half ago, what can I say, during this time of use, it works not bad, but to be honest, I expected more from it, having read the reviews before buying it, the picture is not very clear, and with the sound after a week of use, something happened, it began to wheeze when you make the volume higher, Bluetooth has not worked from the first day, although I do not use it, the transmission of a picture from the phone does not work the first time, in general, of course, what is the price, such is the product, but I think that all the declared functions should work correctly

    All TV's with FIRE TV support are BAD!!!

    As far as the TV goes it's fine. The problem is the Fire part, because when you try to load anything or pull up the guide, it takes close to 30 seconds before it comes up. Just going up or down on the channels they are always delayed and when it doesn't move and you click again, now you're gone down two channels instead of one and then trying to go back, it double clicks until you back out and try again. Just stay away from all Fire supported tv's and you should be fine...

    The tv was moved from the living room to the bedroom and lightly tapped the wall n boom, a crack in the screen. Very extremely disappointed due to the rules in returning open box items

    ONE week and its not working!

    I gave this TV to my son for Christmas present. He came home from college, set it up and used it for 5 days and the TV is not working. Black and white lines and unable to get the screen on! Big BUST for sure.

    DONT BUY THEY ARE SELLING BROKEN TVS

    Tv came missing hardware, scratches around the entire screen that only reads an error code. They refuse to exchange per policy and actually told me to dispose of the broken tv they sent me under the false pretense of “excellent condition open box”.

    This was an open box tv in good condition but I can’t get the remote to pair with the tv. It won’t go past the pair remote screen and I tried 3 remotes. I even watched you tube videos for an hour.. no luck

    so slow to open apps. apps don't work when it is listed on my menu. I have had to delete and reinstall apps at least on 3 of em.
