It took me awhile to navigate how to watch the tv channels I normally watch, instead of watching programs with Prime, Amazon and Firetv. I have Verizon for tv and internet. I found my Verizon remote control and I'm able to watch my channel with that. I am very happy with my new tv.

First, this is now my third Toshiba of this exact model. It's an older model now and hard to find. Best Buy was one of the last places I was able to find this specific Toshiba model - and they shipped it to me within two days. I'd ordered from them in the past and was happy with their delivery of online TV orders. Ordering was stupid simple. I was blown away with their inventory and logistics. Delivery service was outstanding - thanks to FedEx ground. Packaging was excellent. Will definitely order from Best Buy again.

This is a solid TV for a very reasonable price! No issues with setup or quality so far.

I love my new Toshiba 32” tv. The picture is stunning and the almost frameless design gives it a newer cleaner look. The remote is also great because it basically only has the buttons that you use.

You need to have Alexa if you want to easily use this tv. We don't have one so it is harder to use. There is no number pad on the remote which would make navigation a lot easier. It expects you to use voice commands. Otherwise, it's a good tv for the money

Great so far! The tv I replaced (also from Samsung) allowed me to choose the type of picture and sound type I wanted, but it was also 300 dollars more expensive. Despite not having these features, I’m still really enjoying my viewing experience. I’m pretty brand loyal to Samsung tvs at this point.

Excelllent. One caveat:remore is a problem, as it took a You Tube video to insert battery into remote.
