    Very poor structured tv. Ordered it only as of this year Black Friday and it’s already messed up. The tv just turns in as white and you can barley even see the screen now after only a little use of over a month of use. Very bad tv.

    It’s what it is for the price I got it for. Live tv cuts out and the sounds does not match what your viewing must turn off to match sound with the voices talking.

    Does not support Directv app. The light on bottom of screen to show the tv has power is white and very bright, interfering with sleep.

    This was an open box item. It was marked as excellent condition. When I opened it, the screws for the feet were missing. There was a password written in the instructions manual. Not huge deal, means previously owned, can replace the screws-minor inconvenience. I plugged in the tv and it immediately came on. There was a white pixel line vertically in the middle of the tv, and along the upper right edge across the top. I navigated a few setup screens to see if just a “warming up” issue, but the lines remained. So I unplugged and remixed the tv and returned it. The problem during return was, the clerk unboxed the tv, looked at it and said “all is ok”.. reboxed and carried it off to reshelf.. I was never asked what was wrong, or anything. So this tv would be sold again. Very unfortunate. This is now the 3rd time I have had issues with purchasing from Best Buy. I understand open box items might not be 100% new. I made a strong point before leaving to let them know the issue with the tv so another person didn’t experience the same problem.

    The TV is fine, the remote preselects the available networks and still requires a seperate Ruku accessory

    TV constantly has to be taken back to factory setting because it will lose connection. After losing connection our WiFi connection will not show again until we reset. Then we have to go back and reset programs and child locks. Very frustrating!

    Great TV with fantastic features! However, after almost a month it has been giving me trouble and I've had poor costumer service from both the manufacturer and the operating system service. If it weren't for this one issue I've been trying to fix I would have given this product a 5 star rating.

    Ok TV but would not have purchased if we realized we could not download Hulu or HBO Max. Yes we can add a Roku, but then that is another remote. Kind of disappointed but I guess we didn't research it enough.

    Bought new and sent a returned tv to me

    So upset... My mistake was not to open this package the moment it arrived. I bought this tv as new and its arrive to me as if a customer had purchased it before and returned it. It had dust on the top and the screen was cracked. Today I received a 50' pioneer the same situation, it seem it was a return to store and sold to me as new.

    I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned they had no idea manufacturers still made 720p TVs and evidently the quality or lack thereof is very noticeable. Right off the bat I'm getting errors like low signal despite an older smaller second-hand TV working perfectly fine. Needless to say I will be trading this in and buying a more reputable brand. Won't make that mistake again I usually stick to Vizio and brands that I know
