    The worse TV ever!!!! Arrived broken with lines going through the picture. Customer service is non-existent, as they told me to speak with Samsung. No wonder theyvare going out of business soon. Avoid them both!!!

    Terrible resolution

    Terrible quality resolution. Maybe it’s my fault for not realizing they still make 720p tvs. I exchanged it the day I bought it. Don’t buy this tv unless your vision is not so good then I guess it doesn’t matter.

    TV purchase gone very wrong

    Order was lost, waited 2 weeks with no updates on replacement…. Terrible customer service.. 1st Best Buy purchase , last Best Buy purchase… Waiting on my refund which could take up 30 days…

    Don’t buy if you have Spectrum

    Not compatible with the Spectrum app. Wish I had known before buying. Works fine for streaming services but I can’t watch live tv.
