I wanted Netflix without using the Chromecast (which I didn't know it was the only option). Even after asking staff it wasn't clear to me. Anyhow, I liked that there was no problem returning the product and I got me a smart TV...reason for 3 stars, it was not what I wanted but not a bad product.
