I would recemmend this because it does everything it says it does and is extremely easy to set up....BUT. Although Chromecast is pretty neat, it is best if you have an Android. Not as great if you have an iPhone as Google and Apple do not play as well together.....ie: having to duplicate my iTunes content onto Google's servers really has me thinking about Bluetooth. Once Chromecast has been setup, the WiFi is always on and can not be turned off unless the TV is turned off or you "forget the network" which requires going thru the Chromecast setup to get it working again. So...while you're not casting, this TV seems to be connected to Google consuming bandwidth in the background downloading screen saver images. Basically every feature of this TV has me on the fence returning it to spend a few more bucks for: 1. Bluetooth 2. More control in setup over the Wifi, sound and picture settings. 3. A less grainy picture that usually comes with spending more. Yeah, I would reccemmend this to a friend if he/she had only this amount to spend, really truly needed a 43" TV, absolutely had to have Chromecast and owned an Andriod device.

If you are looking for a top of the line product with a flawless picture’ stay away. If you need a functional tv with modern features for a good price, this is your lane. The picture and sound are good but not great. The built in Chromecast feature saves a lot of aggravation when trying to hook up external devices. I don’t like wires. Again, this is a backup level tv. Bought it for my grandmother who only needs a remote and a few channels to play with.

TV is nice. Chromecast built in is also a nice touch as i can use it to stream stuff from Youtube and such. Picture is good as well and the sound on it is pretty substantial for this kind of TV. The remote is so basic, and it doesn't have a number pad... you have to go deep(ish) into the menu to be able to change the TV channel (my cable needed to have the TV set on channel 3 to work...twas a pain to find) Overall though, i'm pretty happy with the TV

The tv in itself is a great product: good picture quality, plenty of HDMI ports, easy to follow settings. The only issue I’ve had is that the chromecast feature does not always like to function properly. I have FiOS, and casting to the tv has proven difficult on more than one occasion - there have been times where it does not even show up as an available option after choosing it as an input or clicking the cast button on the remote

This was the best chromecast tv out there... the dts sound is a bonus... very much worth for the bucks

This TV has high a quality picture, especially when an HDMI port is used. The Chromecast feature is convenient and easy to set up. Android devices are more compatible with the Chromecast feature than Apple devices. The sound quality isn't great but external speakers would be easy to connect. Purchasing a smart TV for a little more money would be worth it, but overall this is a good TV for the price.

A replacement TV for the den. Everything is great. INPUT makes it very easy to switch between Chromecast, ROKU, Plex, FIOS & Ant.HD. There is no distinction between modes. Picture is perfect. No adjustments had to be made. My 4yr old knows how to get to YouTube in any mode.

I love this television. It is a great buy at the price I paid. It was easy to buy on the computer, it was ready for pickup when requested, and I was given clear instructions to have a third party to pick up the television. It is a great size,, has a wonderful picture and sound. The one issue is the remote does not allow you enter channel numbers, you need to up and down through them to advance of go back.

So far I am very happy with this TV, it was overall easy to set up and the picture quality is good. I have it set up in a bedroom and haven't had any issues with it producing extra heat or noise in the background. I also appreciate the fact it has Chromecast built in, being most people have either their phone or a tablet near them at all times it's easy to use Chromecast

The picture does not have the vivid colors we have gotten used to from the top name manufacturers, but it does have a much more natural hue that’s not in your face. The set up took a little longer than I expected thanks to the chromecast which was a great addition. Basically buy the TV and get chromecast for free. You can’t beat the quality for the price...great value!

Got this on a sale at Best Buy for about $299. Me and my fiancee are big users for Chromecast and with it built in, it takes away anything more sticking out from the television with wires plus we wanted an HD LED TV. So far it's good. The picture may not be as vivid and deep in color as my Samsung 2008 HDTV but it will do. It also has speakers with different settings in sound.

It's lightweight, easiest thing to set up and clear and crisp with great sound.

Bought this TV for my son for his room. It is working out great. He doesn’t use the smart TV functions because he runs those through his PS3. The picture quality is great, the sound quality is excellent and it is very easy for my son to use. Considering I was able to get this TV for $229 on sale I am thrilled at the overall value of my purchase.

I love my new tv. Picture and sound quality is very good. Chromecast makes it very easy to navigate using my phone. I got this on black friday sale which is very affordable compared to other tv’s. My friend bought the same tv a week after she saw mine. She’s convinced its a really good tv.

Bought this for my home office. Great TV! Picture quality is great and the Chromecast was easy to set up and works seamlessly! I have other Roku TV's in the house and actually like this for my office as I can control the content from my phone. Definitely a great purchase for the price!

I bought this TV to use on the outside mount on my RV. I bought it because it was cheap, large enough, and lightweight so it would be easy to install and remove. It fits the purpose well and I would recommend to anyone looking to use it for the same purpose.

Bought as a deal of the day. Timing of deal was destiny since my old tv just died the night before. Got a bigger tv for a great price, less than the smaller tv that died! Good picture and no complaints so far.

This has been a great TV, clean picture and easy to use. Chromecast can be a bit temperamental at times and kind of a pain to work through a phone or tablet. I have a Roku installed and can cast to the TV easier.
