I bought this TV for a relative whose TV died . According to the recipient, they just recently set up the TV and the picture quality is poor. The says the faces on the TV are blurry far away but picture is ok close up.

Casting is horrible. Blanks out at random. Have to unplug for it to come back on. Won't buy this brand again!!

Unable to register TV with Toshiba, serial# is not recognized. Unable to get Netflix app on TV, have to go through my phone

I was disappointed when I got this TV. I don’t like that you have to do a lot of things from your phone or other electronics to activate the apps.

It's good to have smart tv. Than Chromecast. While casting the YouTube video or any chrome cast supported video while answering phone tv volume changes

I wish I had purchased a Roku Tv. I feel that Chromecast requires a lot of additional work to set up. I wish I understood the streaming process better.

This is a good casting tv. I didn't read the caption as I wanted a smart tv. This tv is useless if you don't have a phone or cable set up on it.

I could not setup the Smart TV Chromecast Built in to the TV despite calling Toshiba for help. The Cable TV input did not show up in the input until I reset the factory setting to allow the HDMI input to work. I had to call the Spectrum Cable TV Company for help to setup the Cable Input as I did not know it would show up after I reset the HDMI settings. I plan on using my ROKU from the other set as I do not expect I will find a solution to get the Chromecast to work soon. I went to Google for help and they are not helpful so far. We do not have a Smart Phone. However, the TV indicates you can set it up from a computer. I spent several hours to get Chromecast working and so far nothing. The Chromecast help site has a large number of posts indicating this product is junk with most of them having issues getting it to work or keeping it working. I recommend not buying this as a Smart TV. It was cheap for a reason. Okay as a regular TV. Skip the Chromecast Setup. Change the HDMI settings so they are discoverable if you have an HDMI Cable connection. For some calling your internet provider might help you with this device. I would return it but I will just plug in the ROKU. It has the USB and HDMI slots convenient to install a Roku, If you do not have a ROKU device for this TV return it if possible.

Works perfectly, I bought mine open box, so it makes a noise before playing any video/movie/etc. But works good overall

Has to be turned off every once and awhile or it goes out. However ours is on 24/7. Continuious use could be the cause.

I returned because of smart capabilities. My daughter said she had to buy some part for it to function as she needed it to
