Great 4K TV for its price

I do have an issue with turning the TV off I have to hold the power button down for awhile before it turns off on the remote. And if you look closely at the video the pictures come out kind of blurry but it's a great TV regardless. Not worth $400 or more though.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

Manufacturing warranty only provides for sending it in , so i'm without a tv as long as it takes to fix it and send it back. Best Buy warranty doesn't cover immediate problems. i wish i had purchased a Sony!

Working Perfect

I had to call the 800 number several times for help and each time they told me I can see the manual online. Terrific! I am upstairs in my bedroom and my computer is downstairs. Why, when I turn it on do I always have to do set up? Why doesn't my set up save?????

I would totally recommend a smart TV
