Was very happy to find a TV with great specs at a promotional price. Perfect for a bedroom. Beautiful picture and nice sound however a poor quality tv. At first, everything worked as planned however, a couple days after installing it, the TV, even though it was off, started blasting sound with screen off. It kept doing it day after day. Took it back and exchange it for another one (same model). This time, right off the box, it was defective again... only had 1/2 screen! Two units two strikes! Thanks to the great Best Buy customer service, received money back right away and bought another, more expensive, tv. In conclusion, if you are not a gambler, don't buy it!

The TV was purchased as a NY gift, was an open box item, assumed it was tested and checked before being shipped out to me. Did not open the box, gave it as a NY gift, found out few days ago, that the 4k TV which was intended to be the central element in the living room (around which lounge furniture was supposed to be arranged) is collecting dust in a box in the basement, sicne it's totally useless. Asked my relatives (who got it as a NY gift from me) to send the video of how it works, it's abosolutely impossible to watch - it blinks with horizontal and vertical lines non stop, the intensity changes, one can not watch it for at least a minute (You see the picture though). They have tried it in ChromeCast mode (assuming it's the HDMI cable is the issue), even when You just turn it on, it still blinks during starting when the logos appear. The Best Buy tech support was not helpfull, and since I'm 15 days beyond the extended Christmas return policy (Jan 15th), there was nothing they would offer, neither a refund, nor even a partial refund to cover the repair expenses... am probably lost for bestbuy and toshiba as a customer.

The picture is good but could be clearer. Also when sinc to my phone it will have a bad connection, skip videos played.

Needed a new tv for guest room. The price was great and the picture is good as well.

This price was appropriate for this television cheap! Poor picture quality and google cast always crashes.. Headache!

Another great product from Toshiba and once again the price is right. A good telly to have till you can really afford one with that wicked dynamic range.

Toshiba is one of the best manufacturers of electronics whose products last and last. Nice sharp clean pictures. Works well with my Yamaha sound bar too.

Ended up with this tv as it was open box and the tv I wanted wasn't in stock. This tv only works with google cast. I did not look into this before I bought it. You have to use a phone or tablet to control the google cast. It's a real pain. I might just buy an amazon fire and be done with it. I bought it so I could use playstation tv but it's too much of a hassle.

I have had a few Toshibas, it seems that the brand is putting less and less into their TVs. Picture is nice, menu and settings are clunky. You literally have to hold down volume for a second just to get it to respond. GoogleCast works very well. Overall, I think its a fine TV for the price.

So far we like the quality of the picture. Did find it hard to set up.

Got this TV on sale. Ordered online picked up in store and set it up in the bedroom. Quality is good and the chromecast is a cool feature.

This is my second Toshiba television and I am very pleased. Dont let the name fool you. It's well made and has amazing picture quality.
