Deceitful Practices - Refurbished TV

The salesman sold me a refurbished TV and did not disclose this. It was only after we had the TV mounted did we discover it. The TV does not have a remote .

Good tv for the price

The only drawback is the need to download a google app to make this tv a "smart tv". It's not an inconvenience for us grow ups but it would be frustrating for a child without access to a smart device like a iPhone, iPad, kindle fire, etc to use.

Great picture, horrible sound

Loved our old tv, so I figured we'd stick with Toshiba. Got it home, set it up, the picture was awesome, really could notice the difference from our old 1080p tv. The sound on the other hand, was awful, tv's are so thin now that the sound really suffers, but this was really bad, no matter how much I tried to tweak the sound, it still sounded very shallow & weak, I watch a lot of action stuff, so it really stood out how weak the sound was. Maybe for someone else's viewing style it won't make a big deal, or if you have a sound system then this could be the tv for you, it just wasn't for me.
