Bought TV for sister on fixed income. Stopped working after 18 months. Warranty for only 12 months. We are in the era of disposable TVs.

Screen would freeze uo after a few short months no replacement parts so they refund your money ans make you spend more to get your warranty back

Unfortunately this product is not truly 4K. My computer identified it as 1080p NOT 2160p. Thus still images are of poor quality.

Box description is deceiving especially because it says 4K. This TV is not a smart TV so why make it 4K? I returned it immediately

I did not like this TV and actually returned it for a different model. Having to use googlecast was not something I liked at all.

picture was not the best only have to bring back to store for return best buy very friendly had no trouble with refund

I thought the tv would have been better quality for 4K even after the better hdmi cable it wasn't that much of difference

I rarely write a bad review, but this tv is just not the best quality around. The 4 corners are slightly darker, causing a vignetting effect to it. Now, most LED TV's have this, but this one got rather annoying when you are aware there are other TV's out there where the brightness is even. I went with the Hisense 43" 4k and paid the difference. It was worth it.

I bought this for my son. This tv is great for a child. We both love it.

Horrible picture. Dont waste your money. Go with a Sony or Samsung.

Tv shuts off randomly and I can't connect to the chromecast.

Great price poor quality. Bought at Nd returned it next day.

Not best color Can not turn tv on and get picture without manual control of the romote, this forces the use of 2 romotes.

Absolutely loved the tv and chromecast. Unfortunately, after 5 years, chromecast was cranky and the remote stopped talking to the tv. Then the screen went black, got it back on and put on a fire stick and all was well for a few months. Black screen with sound. I expected to enjoy this tv for longer than 6 years. Its predecessor is still working 8 years later. I hope this is not a typical occurrence. I had to buy another tv.

I've had this tv for 2 weeks and it's excellent. Being a cord cutter and already using Chromecast with my older smart tvs, but needing a new one my living room, I decided on the Toshiba. The picture quality is excellent, I was surprised at the sound quality, setting up the Chromecast was easy as pie and the tv itself fits perfectly in my small space. For those who don't like using your phone for casting, if you have an old smart phone that you don't use anymore, you can use that to cast from through your wifi.

chromecast did not work . wifi works well on Ps3 but not on tv back to store

I got this TV as an upgrade (size and quality) after reading reviews and looking for deals. I'm very pleased I chose this one! Built in chromecast and apps are only the tip of this UHD iceberg :) flawless picture and gaming on Xbox one S is truly amazing!

:-) Good value for price paid with 4k, 4 HDMI's, and built-in streaming :-| Built-in Chromecast useful if you only watch a limited number of channels :-( Remote is too simple without number buttons; Pause button is nice but needs FFwd and REV buttons :-) Good picture especially in 4k (so far as I can tell), but awfully bright and not a quantum leap over 1080p :-) Better-than-expected sound when in Enhanced Bass mode :-( Confusing setup with little or no guidance, many similar options in different menu trees :-) Automatically turns on & tunes to cast mode when you cast from your phone

Before i start this review, I do not have a problem with Toshiba. I had a 40" for almost 9 years, still going, in my roommate's room now. I bought this TV thinking it would bring years of easy servitude. However, Chromecast is not easy for me to use as I could only get 1440p out of it. My internet is 45 mbps on speakeasy, so no problem with internet connection. The TV is easy to set up, but if you can't get chromecast to work, it still functions as a nice monitor or 1080p screen. Had to return it because it was making a metallic smell from the back upon startup, but I am just now finding out that is normal. I bought a 4k TCL 55", and can't be happier. TV was great, chromecast was not.
