Toshiba Smart Fire TV

The TV itself was fine - good price, good picture quality and easy to carry (thin and lightweight). I had to return it because of the Smart Fire TV interface. I set it up under a household Amazon account and it immediately charged the credit card on file for a new Amazon prime membership with no warning whatsoever. The only reason I knew about it right away is that I had a credit card alert. We got credit from Amazon but did not want to have something like that happen again.

I give them five stars because the lady was very nice when she helped me shout out to Samantha :)

Excellent picture & sound

The picture is bright and the color is unexaggerated. Sound quality is so good that our sound bar, although connected, is not needed. We had a separate firetv stick on our previous TV. The built-in firetv allowed us to ditch a separate remote and works far better.

I know Toshiba has been a brand I’ve used for many years highly recommend to anyone. I had a Toshiba before infused it 14 years. I plan to buy this brand when I need to purchase another. Young employee shoes it to me I told him I knew that brand was quality
