Needed update immediately on setup (not sure how long in box). Setup was smooth from old FireTV. Seemed to sync everything. 4K seems a brighter sharper picture.

Best Buy demonstrated exceptional customer service, investigating and reimbursing me for the TVs. Consequently, I was able to purchase the TVs in-store, allowing me to personally assess the screen quality and features. The TV has proven to be an excellent purchase, and I'm glad I made the decision. My children are thoroughly enjoying the TV, and I highly recommend it to others.
