This is a great TV….Great picture….Great sound..and very clear. A wonderful TV! I needed an extra TV for the sun room and this was just awesome.

I've had this tv for a couple months now and it's performed great. No problems so far, picture and sound quality are great.

This TV worked fine for 3.5 months. Then I turned it on and it froze on the start up screen. I called BestBuy because I have Totaltech. I was told that while Toshiba is the name it is made by Hisense and they won't allow BestBuy to service it while under warranty. So I called Hisense. It was fairly easy to get someone on the phone and they asked me to text a copy of the invoice and a photo of the sticker on the back with the model and s/n of the TV. Then they said I would be contacted to set up an appointment. I sent both and 24 hr later had not had any response. So I called again today and they said the picture of the model and s/n was the wrong one. I needed to send the black one instead. Once I did they would take it off hold and schedule an appointment. I got a text back saying to call or chat to get the appointment. I started a chat and finally got an appointment but not for a week from now. Apparently this is a known issue because when I called I got a recording saying that they are aware of the problem and are working with Amazon to fix it. It said I should be patient for a few days while they find a solution. The recording said nothing about how I would get the fix. Since the TV froze on start up it couldn't have been by an update. Hopefully when they come they will just replace it. So if you buy a Toshiba or Hisense TV and have Totaltech be aware that they won't let BestBuy service the TV while it is under warranty. My guess is that BestBuy would have been here in less then a week. Also note that there are no buttons on the TV itself to turn it on or change volume. You have to use the remote so don't lose it!

I’ve heard people say the quality of Toshiba isn’t great but that’s a lie. This tv has such a clear picture it’s amazing. The fire stick it’s quick and responsive. It’s perfect!

I feel that with some shows the picture can be a bit dull but that may just be my eyes quality is amazing and so is the sound even the built in application for your subscriptions doesn’t crash works perfectly

This is a replacement of an older model. I love the picture. I have one complaint. The sound is terrible - absolutely horrible. It's totally monotone. The settings didn't give me enough options to fix it. I had to purchase a sound bar.

Very pleased with this TV, perfect size for smaller bedrooms. I read reviews before I made my decision and agree totally with the others who have purchased this Television.

When it comes to Fire TV digital with voice view newer is better. Why? Because this screen reader for the blind or visually impaired like myself is necessary, because one of the fabulous things about Fire TV is every possible menuing item is available even when you are interacting with live TV! The problem? Older TVs like the smaller one I bought for my bedroom for the sound Cannot handle voice view with its latest updates. It often freezes up and will not read Netflix and other streaming service menus like it normally does with the newer TVs like this one I purchased. My last two flat panel purchases have newer processors and can handle voice view, my concern is Shea needs to make sure that they use Firmware that keeps their older TVs compatible. Thank you.

It’s everything I expected and then some. It’s got a good picture and has all the apps I need it to have.

My 43” Toshiba TV has a beautiful picture. It was very easy to install with my cable box and mount on our wall. The price was very affordable and the help we got at Best Buy was wonderful.
