What happened to the great sound???

I have one complaint. The sound is terrible - absolutely horrible. It's totally monotone. The settings didn't give me enough options to fix it. I had to purchase a sound bar.

Great TV for bedroom

Excellent value and surprisingly good sound too. Seems very responsive but it replaced a 7 yr old TV and I'm sure technology has improved. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV. And the delivery service Bestbuy uses is awesome!

It was very easy to install with my cable box and mount on our wall. The price was very affordable and the help we got at Best Buy was wonderful.

After opening the box and starting the set up I realized Amazon must be subsidizing the cost of the TV because there is no way to set it up without Amazon in control of every step of the way. They will handle payments for monthly apps and record all your viewing habits and will use them as they want. Since this is in a guest room I kept the TV otherwise I would return it. It's not a bad TV for what it is. Thank you for reading.
