The TV looked good but my old TV that quite working looked good also. I unpacked it, plugged it, put batteries in remote and turned it on. it prompted me to press the home button so the remote would pair with TV. Nothing happened. I then looked for you tube videos to see how to fix. Turns out there were lots of videos about Toshibsa remotes not working and how to fix. I thought this is a common problem. Nevertheless I tried several videos but nothing worked. This was a brand new TV. the remote came with new batteries but I out in other new batteries just to see if the batteries were defective, No luck. So after a couple of hours messing with it the seller informs me I can pack it all back up and drive to the store for another TV. At least they offered to check the pairing at the store before I got home and wasted another couple of hours messing with it. If you haven't already guessed I do not recommend this product.

As someone else mentioned however, I’m concerned about the longevity because of the great price and some issues other customers experienced. This tv though is amazing for navigation and easily switching inputs. It’s also user friendly when it comes to the apps.
