Great Customer Service

For some reason my 2 year old Toshiba began malfunctioning, Best Buys tech team was quick to attempt to diagnose the problem and when they couldn't, Toshiba was contacted and my tv replaced.

My Xbox Series X did not detect it. And game mode on this TV was jumpy. Other than that it works as expected for the price. Definitely one of the lower end TV's. But if streaming is your thing, this will do the job.

Done with Fire TV

I'm constantly having to unplug it to "reset" because the screen freezes, volume gets stuck and increases or decreases on it's on, platform is fire tv platform is slow and wonky...the list goes on. Overall, this was NOT a good purchase.
