The TV's LED screen stopped working just 5 ½ months after purchase. The backlight was still functioning, but the screen itself was unresponsive. I tried a factory reset and several troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved the issue. On the positive side, when I reached out to the manufacturer (Hisense), their customer service was helpful, and the warranty claim process has been relatively seamless so far. They quickly agreed to ship me the necessary parts, but the repair process is not exactly speedy. Once the parts arrive, I’ll need to schedule an in-home repair, adding to the overall waiting time. While I appreciate the warranty support, the downtime and hassle have been disappointing. If you're considering this TV, be aware that while the product has a warranty, the repair process can take some patience. Your experience might differ, but I’d recommend considering this factor before purchasing.
