The features listed were impressive, especially for the price; but it just couldn’t deliver on those features. It’s a 4k smart TV and 2 things about that. For one the picture while at that resolution is pretty bad. The lighting is claimed to be backlit but there are bright lights along the edges and especially in the corners. If you turn down the back lighting the picture just gets weak. Secondly, the smart TV function just isn’t able to support 4K streaming and either streams at a lower resolution or just simply crashes. Overall the TV just turned out to be a big (censored) for me.

Remote won't sync

Firestick Remote control WAAAAYYYYY too difficult to sync with TV... And I have 3 other firesticks in the house so it's not like I don't know what I am doing. Could not get past the first start up page due to remote not synching. Don't believe me? Youtube "Toshiba firestick sync" and you will see a bunch of videos of for this issue. I tried everyone of them. NOPE. Had to return.
