    I am a very disappointed customer. I purchase this product one month ago and yes it was open box, however I was missing the legs stand and remote. I called Best Buy customer service and the only thing she can tell me is since it was open-box I have to purchase them separately. And on the box it say missing remote, not missing legs and remote. I encourage do not buy open- box products. This doesn't make any sense and the legs to this particular TV is $38. I should of brought a new TV for the extra money I'm putting out.

    Ended up glitching and had to return it after about 2 weeks. Sound was great and picture was great. But it stayed on the FireTV screen and wouldnt reset itself.

    This thing is junk. The latest issue is I get no sound from the TV side using my Bose Bluetooth headphones which I have two sets. The media player side has sound but not the TV side which makes no sense. Other issues are the media player has a flat directory not a tree like it should so all the folders are just listed with no sub-directories. Sometimes the media player will not play a file until it is given some time in minutes. Some files error with it cannot load properly and plays the file with no sound. Sometimes the sound is not synced with the picture on the TV side.

    Really happy with the TV with the exception of the sound. Twice since I've owned the TV the sound will go out on all stations and I have to unplug and replug from the wall to get the audio back

    can't use it because remote won't take me past "language selection". best buy was unable to help me and toshiba won't help because I don't have a receipt. toshiba's cost can't be over $3, I don't why they can't just send me one. so I have a new tv I can't use.

    I cannot believe Toshiba needs an indoor antenna to watch TV. It is a good TV, but an indoor antenna must be added.

    This TV is garbage!!! If you have movie or channel on pause it automatically turns off after so many mins. and there is no way you can take it out of energy mode. I have to have the brightness all the way up bc the picture is so dark. It suppose to show a white light when it is in standby mode but it doesn’t. If you push any button on the remote, the TV will turn on. Ur supposed to be able to set it so that the last thing played will come on ur screen after u have shut TV off it doesn’t…it’s always on the home screen. I’m sure nothing else works. I just haven’t tried anything else on this TV.. I thought since it was a Toshiba, it would be a good TV, but I definitely was wrong. It's probably bc it’s a fire TV. These TV’s nowadays have internal cameras & I wouldn’t doubt if shuts off or go into stand by mode to spy on us. Why are most TV’s FireTV, Google TV or Xuma TV?

    Picture quality poor on streaming channels. Was not able to compensate with contrast and picture controls. Best buy return period too short (15 days) and no one at Toshiba ever answers the phone.

    Beware Open Box Excellent... Can't say how the TV worked. The one I received was not even in Fair condition. In the box without padding. No legs. No remote. Had the same thing happen 2 weeks ago with another OB Excellent I ordered. Terrible online customer service. BB was always my go to and have had great luck with other OB Excellent purchases. Their QC has slipped big time...
