Having problems.

Geek squad sucks

Got a line on screen, took it to Geek squadand was told is cracked screen and was not covered. Further more in showing me it was cracked by a employee it was made worst and now totally not visible screen. Was told buy a new tv.

Slow going

Worst investment I ever made.

Service is horrible with multiple calls and absolutely gave the run around. The call center will have you send picture of everything and then say someone will call you but they don't. They gave me a different number to call that was a scammer. It took six weeks to get service for the antenna port and the tv still freezes and has bad pixels in the middle of the screen. 4K screen is CrapK since I have bad pixels over everyone's faces. Worst investment I ever made. I really want a refund!

FAULTY TV

I tried to hook up an NVR recorder through the HDMI port. The NVR needs a 4K TV monitor in order to be able to connect. It doesn't work, so $200 down the drain for me. Of course now it is outside of the return period. I called Hisense/Toshiba customer support, and they said, since my laptop can connect with the HDMI cable just fine, something must be wrong with the NVR. But the NVR works great with another manufacturer's TV that I have in the home that starts with a "V."

unable to view live channel information

The program guide for live channels does not work. It only says "Program information currently unavailable" for all channels. checked on line and there is a problem with the last updat that can't be fixed. the TV shoud never be sold.

The display technology here is an LCD display, as it states on Toshiba's own website. Still a decent TV for the price, but it was pretty disappointing getting it home and noticing it's only an LCD screen.

Not a good purchase if intending to use usb ports

Do NOT get this tv if you intend to use the usb for anything like a media player. If you format a thumb drive on the tv, no computer will recognize it. If you format with a simple fat of fat32 it will recognize thr media... intill you turn it off. Then it will call your media the wrong format. All remedies have been tried. Nothing fixes it. Phone support is easy to access but nonexistent due to lack of training and language barrier. BTW.. as an android system, i even tried formatting and moving media files from my android phone. No difference.

Very Disappointing

Poor Choice, Bad Picture Quality

I am extremely disappointed in this one! The picture, even on the dynamic setting, is dull and almost blurry - no comparison to my old Toshiba which was an inexpensive model like this one. Trying different settings/picture modes hardly makes a change. At this point I am trying to decide if I should just take this back to the store. I DO like having the fire tv option (never had that before) this offers, but not sure its worth the bad quality display.

Awful experience

Spent 3 more months trying to get it replaced by Toshiba only to find out it was truly a HiSense. Do not buy this TV or deal with Toshiba

Not a Good Experience

The box had been opened and inspected at the store, obviously they're sloppy and careless in putting important documents and parts back into the carton. There was a stand in the box but it wasn't for the TV that I bought. SO I have no idea how the TV works since I can't even set it up...

Poor quality TV
