Nice Hardware, buggy software

The TV itself is what I'd expect and some but I've never been a fan of smart TV operating systems and this one is buggy once you connect to the Internet. I recommend keeping this one air-gapped.

Good tv with a Short Life

I trusted the brand reputation and didn’t buy an extended warranty. BIG MISTAKE! The power supply failed, repair costs more than a replacement, Toshiba has been bought by a different company. I learned to buy extended warranty and figure that into thebudget. Brand confidence is a thing off the past.

Short Lifespan

Fixing the issue or having someone fix the problem is about the cost of replacing the entire TV. Unfortunately, these have a short lifespan. Worth the price if you don't mind replacing it sooner than later.

Wait a Few Years and OH Boy, Navigation Sucks.

I don't agree with certain views but their customer service was fantastic when provided. As for the 43" Toshiba Amazon Smart TV, at first the TV was fantastic, but now, using antenna TV, nagivation sucks. The TV is not very responsive when trying to change channels and it is difficult to get the screens to load navigation. Often the screen is greyed and cloudy and not permitting me to do anything. I would not recommend this if you want peace of mind. Buyer Beware.

Maybe the tv i got had a problem ? Its going back. I dont have pic of the problem only video. I really wanted to love this tv.

Terrible service

We decided to return the TV to the Mansfield store and we were accused of breaking it, so we left the TV at best buy, Unfortunately I lost my money. I guess they do not stand by their commitment for returns. Never again will we shop there again,

Short life

Then stop working completely a few days later. 4 days past return date. Purchased 5 year geek squad. Wouldn’t cover due to cracked screen. Thanks Best Buy!

Do not buy this tv/ no help from best buy

Went back and exchanged and it worked for 2 weeks and now has a black screen. Best buy said I was out of the 15 days and refused to help.

Short lifespan

Both died within three months of each other. I would warn prospective buyers to think twice before spending any money on a Toshiba. Their longevity leaves something to be desired.

Tv bricked after 2 months of use

Both best buy and Amazon customer service weren't able to solve my problem. I'm stuck with a $237 paper weight in my room.

Never again

Be careful only fire tv apps
