Initial tv had a defective screen and was able to exchange it at a different location versus the Otay Ranch location. Manager at the Otay Ranch location was not helpful. Pleased with this purchase.

Excellent 4K TV Great Support From Best Buy

Unfortunately, no full user guide was provided, so finding the settings I needed to change was a chore. I posted a question on the Best Buy web site about the user guide and they saved me by replying with a link to the full guide as a downloadable pdf. Good job!

Toshiba 43 inch fire TV is worth buying

Fantastic Living Room Addition!

It has stunning graphics and has a very user friendly interface (Amazon Fire is built in). The interface is a little confusing at first if you’ve never used Amazon, but it is top-notch and decently easy to learn. The price is great for this kind of TV. It is a more mid-size TV so great for our smaller living room. This TV will not disappoint!
