What ever happened to good old fashioned customer?

I purchased a tv that was open box. The representative took it to the back to check and confirm all the pieces were in the box. He came back and said everything was fine. However. I get home and the remote and electrical outlet was missing. So I had to return it and purchase a new tv. I asked for a discount on the second purchase and they refused. This is not good business. I wish that another electronic store would open. That way I could kick BB to the curb.

Disappointed with the Toshiba 4K Tv

The resolution quality was not as sharp and clear as I expected for a 4K television. Images often looked dull and lacked the crisp detail I was hoping for. Another issue was the remote control—it felt cheap and was not very responsive. Sometimes it took multiple presses to get it to work, which made using the TV frustrating. Overall, I expected better performance for the price and brand. I wouldn’t recommend it if picture quality and ease of use are important to you.
