Delivery terrible service

I followed the directions for delivery day and the man came to the door, dropped it off in the box and left. There was no service or installation given even though that is what the prior prep was for.

Great Value!!! Quality is excellent.

The only downside is that Amazon fire is sometimes difficult to work with, but that could just be user error.

She says she can see the picture without her glasses on! Best Buy install guy was great - took the time so she understood how to work the remote. Thanks!!!
