It's a good TV; image, not very sharp. All in all it's a good value for the price.

Wonderful upgrade to 12 year old guest room TV. Included apps enabled one remote TV and app access for streaming services. Easy to install and operate

I am a long time fan of Toshiba for Televisions. I did notice (in comparison to 2019 model Toshiba 43" that I currently own) that the sound quality is not the same, and is not as good as the 2019 Toshiba TV I own now. I am disappointed about that! The other features remain the same quality.

It’s a alright television but it has some issues so when you turn it off it comes back working fine. Overall it’s a good tv for the price point

Well, it DOES have 4k, I think...I went to HDMI2 settings which enabled HDR on my PC...on TV however, I'm still lost in the woods! What can I say? Did a ton of research, hide & seek, etc to find some kind of answer...NADA...can't get it into 4k mode on TV! and I have an Amazon Prime acct. to boot! Signed, Confused!?!?!?

This TV has amazing quality visuals. Alexa and the Fire aspects are for the most part unintrusive.

was excited to get this Toshiba 4K TV, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The resolution quality was not as sharp and clear as I expected for a 4K television. Images often looked dull and lacked the crisp detail I was hoping for. Another issue was the remote control—it felt cheap and was not very responsive. Sometimes it took multiple presses to get it to work, which made using the TV frustrating. Overall, I expected better performance for the price and brand. I wouldn’t recommend it if picture quality and ease of use are important to you.

Purchased a 43” for $20 less than the 40” I went there to buy. Shout out to store #795 in Findlay, Ohio!

My tv stopped working the screen flickered one day and then went dark and never worked again. The Toshiba 43” tv was still under 1 year warranty being it was less than a year old…Best buy wouldn’t even look at it or take it back which is absurd, they make you go through the manufacturer which is Toshiba. Toshiba has the worst customer service I’ve ever heard of. I was told a technician would come to my house on Dec.22-23 so I waited and the tech was a no show. I called Toshiba back and was told there was never a service request put in for me and I had to again setup another appointment. This time they sent out a part for the tv without even looking at it in person. I got the part now I’m waiting for a tech to show up. It’s now the 26th of December and I’m waiting for a tech person to call to tell me when they will come out. I didn’t have a tv for the holidays which was a real bummer I missed out on a lot of good programs. I’ve waisted so much time trying to get this Toshiba 43” tv fixed it’s upsetting! This is my second Toshiba tv in 3 years the first one broke after trying to play video games the screen went frazzled and wouldn’t work again so I tossed it. I really like the Toshiba picture and sound but the ones I had didn’t last as long as any Samsung I had before and now after this waste of time with this scamish service has made me wish I didn’t buy this tv. I mean the tv is $159 on sale right now and instead of replacing my faulty tv, Toshiba would rather waste my precious time, waste the customer service time, pay for a part and its shipping, and pay to send out a technician to do the labor to fix the tv. Nothing about this under warranty process is making sense. Its been nothing but a run around with no end. Best Buy and Toshiba you should be ashamed at the reponse to my issues as well as others issues in this section. If I could of at least gotten a year out my tv or if Best Buy and Toshiba would honor the said 1yr warranty that’s on the Best Buy app it would be okay but it’s not okay since nothing is right and I’m being played like a fiddle.
