    Love the tv, but when I turn it on, it does not go to a channel, just plays promos for other channels. Wish it would default to a channel.

    I’m very disappointed in Best Buy’s decline in customer service. I purchased a tv that was open box. The representative took it to the back to check and confirm all the pieces were in the box. He came back and said everything was fine. However. I get home and the remote and electrical outlet was missing. So I had to return it and purchase a new tv. I asked for a discount on the second purchase and they refused. This is not good business. I wish that another electronic store would open. That way I could kick BB to the curb.

    Pretty good size for a tv but very laggy when switching through apps with your remote don’t recommend but if on a budget so so!!

    Can confidentially say, this is the worst tv I’ve ever owned. The picture is great. But the technology/OS are absolute bottom barrel. TV will randomly shut off in the middle of an episode. Or while in the middle of an episode, it’ll just stop and reset to the Home Screen. Apps won’t load have the time, so I have to unplug the whole tv in and out again to get it to work. Will never buy Toshiba (first one ever) again.

    Never even hooked it up did not come with screws for the legs for the stand and had a line going across the base of it. I thought it would’ve been wrapped in plastic, but it was not only bad experience ever had with Best Buy.

    Wellllll I purchased a 43 inch Toshiba television how to hooked up for three days and it just quit working taking it back for refund. Sad because it has really good picture and sound and it was a good size for my house. Sad. Apparently it’s the default in the TV itself is what the service department said. I will try another one.

    Picture has single white vertical ling in center of tv that I cannot get rid of. performed ALL of the steps in Toshiba's customer support. Clearly it i NOT a panel issue as the line "disappears" when dark object move across the screen and it is NOT there when first starting the tv. It only appears after the FireTV OS lauches. I did factory reset and updated OS and still have the white line. picture otherwise would be fantastic. What a waste. And because I didn't install the tv for 3 months after I purchased it (long story) now I cannot do ANYTING with it. Toshiba support says I have to take to myself to a repair shop (they won't pay for it). What a joke of a company and "1 yr warranty"... BUYER BEWARE!
