Toshiba has teamed-up with Best Buy and Amazon to offer a good quality, full-featured television and the sale prices on Toshiba TV's is better than the same TV from Amazon. This is the 3rd Toshiba we've bought from BB in the last 3 years and we've been extremely satisfied at this point. Accessing the settings and menu could be made a bit easier. My first Toshiba had Chromecast and that was before the partnership with Amazon. The new Toshiba's come with Fire TV and are Alexa compatible.

I just recently got this tv as an upgrade from my old 21 inch Vizio TV. I decided to get this 43 inch Toshiba as an early birthday present to myself and I am so glad I can. Previosuly I would watch netflix, hulu, and youtube on my 13 inch old Macbook. Now with the smart tv feature I can watch any of these with a click of a few buttons. It's so easy and convenient. I was fearful that it would be too big, but the size is perfect for my bedroom. So far I am loving this purchase!

I bought this TV from Best Buy because it was the best deal I could find on a SMART TV. My father in law needed a new TV and I wanted to get him a smart TV with some apps included. It has exceeded my expectations. The remote allows you to talk to it, really cool. Because this TV is a 4K I love the picture and features so much I bought one for my self when I got home... The alexa features have been an added benifit that I am still having fun with when there is nothing I really want to watch.

For the price, this seems like a bargain. Full FIRE capacity smart TV, internal digital tuner, apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, 4K HD, etc. But it is quirky with digital sound. The volume will randomly drop to zero, and then slowly creep back to settings. There is a volume dynamic adjustment capability, but turning this on or off does not fix the problem. Not sure if this is a bug in the design, or we have a faulty device. Since it is intermittent, it is hard to diagnose.

Beautiful TV with great picture. It is also very easy to set up and use. A great bargain buy.

I cannot overstate how pleased and impressed I am with this TV. It was incredibly easy to set up, with on-screen instructions. It was also easy to connect to Sling TV and an indoor HDTV antenna for the 39 local HDTV stations. Having Alexa built in makes switching channels, adjusting volume, etc. The picture is superb with rich colors and perfectly clear from both sources. I have installed both Spotify and Pandora, and the sound quality is great. I would recommend this TV without reservation.

I love the brilliance and resolution of this TV! TV sound is wonderful and doesn't require speakers as far as I'm concerned but I did purchase a sound bar speaker same day for the TV and the Audio In jack doesn't sync well - that played into why I gave it 4 stars. In all other respects this is a great TV and fairly simple to understand. TV is especially great for Amazon Prime folks. I'm not with Amazon Prime so some of the featured options aren't available to me and it seems like I'm missing out on things since they are shown. That also played into my 4 star rating.

Paid door buster price - exceptional 4K quality for gaming. The smart features are easy to use. Pretty intuitive

The TV was very nice looking and big, but the picture wasn't very good compared to our 1080p tv. We bought it for the 4k for mainly xbox game to look better and they looked worse it after adjusting a bunch of settings it looked a bit better still to dark in my opinion I like my screens bright and crisp. But regardless I do enjoy the TV and the apps that allow me to watch free TV shows and movies. I wouldnt get this TV for better picture for games unless you have games that are made for 4k it made all the regular games look kinda bland.

I bought this Toshiba because it was a good price but after a short period I realized that the tv surround sound is superb. Now I wish I would have listened to the associate Andre who suggested that I should buy a 55": he was so right! When I am sitting front-center, it feels as I am in the car race or whatever action in whatever action movie I may be watching. Do not like the remote control without the numbers is taking me a while to get used to it.

Amazing display and so easy to use, this tv is perfect for just about everything. Love that it's a Fire edition and has a ton of features that you are just sure to get the best bang for your buck! Initially the sells associate didn't recommend the TV because it was a Toshiba but I am very glad I didn't listen to her and just went ahead and bought it because it has been more than a great experience. Highly recommended!

i purchased this product back on 1/23/2019 best buy had it on special for a very low price, it is great product, nice pictures clear, sound is great, it is great to play music through Amazon music APP, and watch movies through amazon prime videos. the product so far so good, plus you can add protection to lock children from accessing certain programs or apps. I love it.

I bought this to replace my grandmother’s living room tv, we got her set up with Netflix and connected to her cable box. Once you’re all set up it’s very user friendly to navigate. Which is great since she always had trouble with figuring out the inputs and accidentally changing channel on tv instead of going to the input she needed to watch cable. This solves that. Not to mention the picture is great. All in all she loves this tv.

We bought this TV for one of our Granddaughters for Christmas. It was easy to setup and the picture and sound were great. Unfortunately, 13 days after we bought it, the TV died. I took it back to Best Buy and they quickly swapped it out, no questions asked, for the same model. I really appreciated that! We love the picture, sound and all the features, especially the built in Fire Stick. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had to return the original one.

Certainly their are a lot of options in 4k TVs, this is not one you choose for picture quality. Don't get me wrong it has really good quality, but for the pic quality snobs, move on. The FireTv portion of this tv is excellent. Easy to to use and very fast. One minor complaint which is true for all built in media player TVs is the proprietary remote. Just hope I don't lose it! Great tv overall especially for a 2nd or 3rd tv

This tv has a great picture, sound, quality and easy to use remote. Got a super deal at $199.00. Set up was effortless. You really can’t beat this television! I did a lot of research before settling on this one and I’m glad I did. The only thing I regret is not buying a couple more at that price to replace TVs in the other bedrooms.

I only have had the TV for a few weeks. At this point it is very good. Excellent picture and was easy to set up. On small awkward item was after you shut it off and turned it back on, you always got the home screen rather than back to the TV station you left. There were no instructions in the manual regarding this, but I contacted Toshiba support and they were able to quickly help me change the setting.

Bought this TV to upgrade a TV in our master bedroom. It is a great TV, great picture and good sound (for TV speakers). Set up was easy enough. There are 2 problems with this TV in a bedroom. First, there is a blue “standby” light on the front that comes on when the TV is off. There is no way to turn off this light so it illuminates the room when we’re trying to sleep. I tried covering the light with electrical tape to find that this is also the location for the remote receiver, so having the tape cover the light rendered the remote control useless. Second, the TV emits very faint, high-pitched beeps all the time, whether or not the TV is powered on. These are so faint that in normal setting they are not an issue. But they are an issue when you’re trying to sleep and have the blue standby light also keeping you awake. Nice TV for the right room. Unfortunately, it’s likely not right for me.
