Very happy with this purchase! Toshiba has always been a solid brand name.I wanted to put a tv in my office and this one worked out perfectly.4K UHD all for $220.00.You can’t go wrong.Picture quality is excellent and the fire tv built in is excellent.I paired my set with an Insignia sound bar and subwoofer because I managed to catch both the tv and sound bar on sale at the same time.If you are looking for a very affordable 4K tv with an amazing picture and sound.Look no further, this is it,BUY IT!

We have this TV in our kitchen and it is the perfect size for the space; the picture quality is great and the sound is also good. The built-in Fire TV means you only have the power cord attached; so you don't have a bunch of wires to contend with and try to hide.

Easy to set up, done by 2 women . Works perfectly. Great sound. Sharp picture. Even though it comes with firestick, I was also able to hook up my roku to it. Now I have the option of streaming through either.

This is the perfect size and price for my new home. Color is perfect. And I didn’t want the high cost of cable, so the Fire TV saves because I only pay for what I want to see. I did have to buy new batteries for the remote but otherwise I have no problems.

So you don't need a fire stick or cube. Everything you get with the fire stick is already built in. I love it. The picture is beautiful, sound is awesome. Got a great deal on it too. It was the labor day sale , even at original price it's still a deal.

I’ve been having internet connection problems with this tv since I installed it a couple of months ago in our kitchen. Every other day, sometimes multiple times a day, the tv is not able to connect to amazon cloud services and the hone network does not show up in the connections options. The wifi signal and speed is fine. To fix, I have to unplug the tv to rest and then the network shows up when searching, but prompts me to enter password. Googled the problem and it appears to be well known and requires a technician to fix. I would not buy again. I bought my kids bigger roku TVs that were cheaper and work better.

I love it! I don’t have cable but this tv is all I need. I would’ve given a 5 star, but there are glitches on the screen. It’s appears to be a green colored screen with statics, but I notice it happening whenever you watch tv too long. You’ll need to just reboot the tv in the settings. Anyways, love it!

Horrible tv . Remote stopped working after a few months . Couldn’t find a working replacement remote even after calling Toshiba . Decided to buy a fire stick for it. Now a year later the tv is out of storage and can’t fix it without a remote . DON’T BUY THIS

Purchased this TV a week ago, wasn’t sure when I would get it, surprisingly I received it on time. Thank you Best Buy. As for the TV itself, Toshiba did a good job in terms of sound and setting it up on the stand mount for my entertainment center was real easy. It is a FireTV but I chose to buy a Fire Stick anyway because of reviews I read about it freezing. I did NOT connect the TV to my wifi but connected the FireStick instead. The TV itself, being a by-product of Amazon, is easy to set up once on, however the remote gave me a hard time for a bit until I changed batteries. One of the other draw backs is, that the TV feels very Amazon-ish. It is kind of annoying because if I want to change brightness or color, I have to navigate through the whole TV to find it and still haven’t found a way to change the color. Instead I had to change the settings on my firestick to upscale to 4K. I am satisfied however because of the price, but for $20 more you can get the Samsung 7 series and for another $100 you could get the Samsung 8 series. For the price I paid, I am not gonna bicker as much, but I wish I did spend the extra $20 for the Samsung.

Okay I purchased this TV for my wife to go in our living room. I'd had bad luck with the Fire Stick, so I was gambling on this television. Here we go: PROS - (1) Sound - When I say this TV sounds great, I mean it truly has unparalleled sound. How they get that much out of these speakers is amazing. (2) Picture - For the price this picture is outstanding. It is clear and the black is actually much blacker than I expected. (3) HDMI - the one pleasant surprise was the number of HDMI inputs. No disappointment there CONS - (1) Okay I'm a little OCD, but here's my only complaint. Each time you turn the TV on it goes to the home screen rather than the input you last watched. For instance, if I was watching Dish on my Sony it automatically opens the last input I was watching, like Dish. This remote doesn't have a traditional "input" button so you have to go the home screen every single time, arrow down and over to whatever input you want and hit the enter button. Nitpicky I know but every other television I've had did it, so I know it's not asking a lot. That's it, that's all I got. Great price, great TV and SUPERIOR sound.

I'll keep this short. The picture quality is better than I expected for a $230 TV, so that's good. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The reasons I took off a star are: - The product specs said this TV was HDR-10 certified but it doesn't appear that it is. The logo was nowhere on the box for this model and I couldn't find anything on Toshiba's sparse website. - The Amazon Fire interface is pretty bad in my opinion. I had never used it before now. I don't have an Amazon Prime subscription yet this interface still forces that all down your throat with no way to remove it. You can't even remove/hide the Amazon apps like news, etc. - If you're going to hook up an antenna and watch OTA television, be warned that the remote has no channel up/down. In order to change channels, you have to press the button to go into the guide and then arrow up/down through the guide one-by-one.

I bought this TV to upgrade my 32” inch Insignia. The difference is like night and day. Other than the obvious bigger screen, the colors seemed more vibrant and varied. The sound on the speakers was also pretty good. On my old TV, I would usually have to set it to 20 in order to have decent sound where I could hear all the dialogue. This TV I can hear the sound down to 3 comfortably while sitting on my couch. The only negative I would give is the integrated Fire TV Itself. There are 2 annoyances that may not be a problem for some. 1.) Due to Amazon not partnering with Walmart, you do not have access to a VUDU app for movies. May not be a big deal since Fandango bought out VUDU not long ago but since I have movies on that app that are not available on Fandango or Movies Anywhere, it kind of bugs me that they are locked away. I have found an easy workaround using the Internet app on the TV. I can go to the VUDU website and log in to watch my movies there. The only problem is that this locks the movie into Standard Definition. 2.) If you have an Amazon app on your phone and watch movies there, the TV puts what you watch on your phone into the “Recent” tab on your TV. Again, probably not a problem for some and I’m sure if you fiddle with the setting you can turn it off. My issue with it is that sometimes I like to watch movies on my phone during my lunch break. I was watching a horror movie and when I got home noticed that it appeared on my recent tab on the TV. My kids like to get on to watch Disney+ or PBS. They usually access these apps under the recent tab. Most movies or shows will give you a preview of the movie that plays in the top right hand of the screen. Sometimes the preview is a trailer for the movie and sometimes it’s just a random scene from the movie. When I turned on the TV, the recently viewed movie I watched on my phone earlier was in the recent section on the TV and automatically starting playing a preview of a bloody scene. If my kids happened to want to watch Disney and weren’t quick enough to move the cursor, they would have witnessed this bloody scene and had nightmares. Other than those 2 issues, it is a great TV at an affordable price.
