I needed a new TV that I can hook up to my laptop and John was very helpful and gave me some very interesting info on 4k TVs. This TV is great! I got Netflix and other cool stuff that came with it. Thanks Best Buys!

I purchased this tv for my mom who is not really tech savvy. She’s had the same tv for the past 10+ years. She loves this tv and raves about how easy it is to use. She loves the built in programs. I would recommend this tv for those who want something basic.

This is a great Plug and Play TV. The picture is very clear and the sound is great. The size of the TV is perfect for a bedroom. The TV weights next to nothing and I love having the Fire TV internally. Also, great price for this TV!!

So we got this TV as an impulse buy. We LOVE the fact that the fire stick is already in there and ready to roll. It loads VERY fast and is very easy to use. The remote has more features on it which we like. The TV feels a bit slim and flimsy (like it might easily break).

Set up was pretty straightforward and the TV has performed as advertised. Picture quality is very good. We have not been able to sync all functions with satellite TV remote, so have to use both remotes at start-up, but that could be operator error.

Had this TV for a while now and it's great. Thin bezels and great color. Very clear and crisp and the Amazon fire interface is smooth. Super easy to swap between apps and cable. Sound quality is also a high point. For 199$ you can not find a better TV

I can't complain a whole lot about this, since it was so cheap (and on sale to boot), and I love the fact that the stand/feet are a lot closer together than most TV's these days, which was one of the selling points for me....makes it fit on a wider variety of stands, tables, etc. than ones with the legs all the way out in the corners. And I also like that it has FireTV built in, so we didn't have to buy another device from Amazon. Picture is nice, even though it's not 4K, but I have noticed the brightness slightly go a little darker briefly, then come back up (maybe Hulu or Netflix's fault??). The bad/frustrating thing......it is slooooooooooow! My stand-alone FireTV box is almost a couple years old, and yet it is WAY faster to navigate than this TV, which is brand new. Oh well, for about $219, I couldn't pass it up.

bought the tv for my grandson for christmas . He loves having a big screen tv The picture looks good. Ordered on line picked it up at the store . An employe carried it to the car. All went smooth and everyone was polite and nice

TV has had no issues since I purchased it. It has a very good picture and the sound is great. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that For some reason I have not figured out yet, I have to use my cable box remote to turn my TV on. After I turn it on , I use the TV remote for everything else.

Great TV comes with “Fire TV” already installed. Would give 5 stars, unfortunately the 3rd day of me having this TV it started to blank out & FireTV was no longer working properly. Assume it was my “WiFi” apparently it wasn’t. Couple days later Fire TV came back to life. Overall happy w/my purchase.

This TV has been great. It was simple to set up (although it takes a decent amount of time) and the picture and sound quality are great. I got it on sale and have no complaints! Liked it so much, I told my mom and she bought the same one!!

I didn't want to have to get a fire stick for my new TV. So this works perfectly for me. It also has an option to remember your last setting, in case you have another device like cable, instead of assuming you want to go to the Amazon menu.

Bought this television for a replacement for my bedroom.. Love how it has the amazon fire features. Great picture quality and sound. Would definitely buy another one and recommended it to friends and family. Toshiba is a brand I trust on quality.

This tv is great! Has all the streaming apps and a clear picture. Sometimes it gets bogged down after commercials and has a hard time pulling the picture back up, but I can't figure out if that is a Hulu issue, a wireless issue or just the tv.

Bought this TV to add to my loft and the sound quality is unexpectedly nice. Too bad they don't sell these bigger. Love how the fire stick is built in. This prevents my kids from relocating the fire stick to another TV.

We bought this TV for our bedroom and the picture is very good and all the extra apps you really can't beat it for the price. Quick set up and the sound is very nice also.

I have always bought Toshiba laptops, this is my first time buying a tv from them. I am happy with the purchase. It works fine and has all the smart functions to stream and get apps for the tv. Sound and picture are both good.

We got this TV on sale last year during the Super Bowl sale and for the price we paid, it is well worth it! It’s our first smart TV and it has had some glitchy moments but overall, it’s a great TV and doesn’t give us many problems. We are happy with our purchase.

Easy to use remote and easy selection of over-the-air or internet streamed movies. The Fire TV works great during storms when antenna programs start tiling out you can switch to internet where the local storm doesn't affect the picture.

I love this TV. The picture is so clear I can actually see it without my glasses. Lots of nice bells and whistles that I'm still learning about including different apps. Built in Fire stick is wonderful. I'm so glad I made this purchase.
