Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had to come multiple times, to get the remote fixed, because the buttons dont work, the volume i had it at 40 to 50 n its quality was at volume 15. It sucks. I would not recommend to any best buy customer.

It is best to avoid the Best Buy store. Staff seems mad at the world, it could be from dealing with the general public. It could be how they are treated by management. Or, maybe it was my face, I have no idea.
