Great Picture Setup Issues

I had to download the Toshiba fix onto a thumb drive and reprogram the TV before we could turn the TV on and not get Google. Picture is great and TV works great after the software update. I purchased this for my 81 year old mother. She would not have been able to watch TV without the update.

I know Toshiba may not have the best name but this has lasted me a few years with only one problem so far. The screen seems to darken on its own, but nothing really too noticeable. It then instantly gets brighter again. May just need to be calibrated. An agent came out and had me restart the TV, but it didn’t help.
