    Good tv for the price. Don’t like that you can’t turn the tv off without a remote. Picture will some times get flushed out when there is too much white on screen.

    I was coming from an older LG TV that I loved. It died on me after 3 years and I needed a replacement. I tried taking the cheaper route with this Toshiba TV and I was very disappointed. I did not like the picture quality at all. I tried messing with so many settings and I never liked it. I ended up returning this and spending a little more money and getting a Samsung 4K TV that I love.

    Very unhappy with customer service I was told 3 different prices for mounting my TV to an existing wall mount. The cost by the time I talked to a second person was just as much as the TV. Outrageous ! Quoted originally 129.00...Store employee 250.00 ...Geek Squad 249.00 99.00 of that to remove the old TV...NO WAY

    Purchased this TV on January 15, 2018 and now the screen is black but the volume still works. Black screen of death has claimed this TV less than 2 years old. Bought it for $346 on sale. I would have thought it would at least last 3 to 5 years for the price I paid. It would cost me more to have it fixed than just to buy a new TV.

    Screen was shattered upon arrival. Return was fortunately fairly easy. Don't know if the product is overly fragile or the shipping company was overly rough.

    TV worked well for exactly two years and four months, then suddenly died without hope of resuscitation. Very, very disappointed in the longevity of this television, as it was very well-cared-for. Will not be purchasing another Toshiba.
