Great picture and very good sound. Pic is nice as my more expensive TVs.

I purchased this tv 4 years ago & the sound & picture were great at first but just recently the picture has gone out on the tv. Sound still works but the screen is black so now I have to replace it.

We bought this TV a little over a year ago and it is already dead. So disappointed. It started having issues turning on but it always managed to power up. The problem progressed to no longer turning on at all. Tv repairman took a look and at this point we’ve already paid $100 and were told it would cost $100 more for final fix. Not worth it to me. You get what you pay for and this tv is no good. It’s manufactured specifically for Best Buy so it’s low end (which the price suggests) and I’m really disappointed that we ended up with a dud. This was a large waste of money. Spend a little more and get something more reliable.

Great no frills LED TV at an excellent price, highly recommend.

I purchased this tv and after only a couple years it quit working. The volume changes with different channels. Was good for the price while it worked. Turned it on one day and it had a black screen. Was told wasn’t worth the money to pay to get it fixed.

I bought this tv with high hopes. I just wanted a simple tv without all the bells and whistles. The colors on the tv were washed out even when I adjusted it as much as I could and the picture was very pixelated even from across the room.It is the worst picture on a tv I’ve ever seen. I took it back to the store. I was in a rush to leave and forgot the remote on the kitchen counter. I realized it as soon as I got in the store and asked if they could hold my tv for a few minutes so I could run home and grab the tv remote, they said they would not and charged my 40 dollars for the remote!All I asked for was 15-20 minutes to run home and grab the the remote!I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!

I really wanted to like this TV because it was such a good deal and I thought Toshiba was a good name. Guess I was wrong about that. The brights were great but this TV had a really hard time with the dark portions of pictures. I adjusted everything I could adjust and it never got better. I had read the reviews before I bought it and the only thing that people mentioned was the display......they were right. I just didn't realize HOW right they were.

I never liked the quality or lack of features on this tv. I had hope that because it was a Toshiba, I could trust that I was getting a tv that would last 3 to 4 years and $250 sounded about right. But after only 22 months, the backlight went out and it's totally dark. Poor remote quality and performance. Missing pixels on bottom of screen since new.

This tv is just horrible got it to replace a sharp 50inch and the blacks aren’t black it’s a grainy fuzzy mess! This tv will be going back, had toshiba before should’ve learned my lesson then!
