The great picture and the fact that it is easy to use is the reason for the 2 stars, aside from that the TV has been a nightmare. It lags terribly, closes apps during playback, takes 5 seconds to pause after button is pressed.

It works great. the pic is crisp and clear. I am not fine with windows 10. i find it harder than with windows 8. but I guess I will learn as I go. my husband got me a blue ray. why I have no idea. we don.t any blueray pics. more money. But it is the thought that counts.

Fur us it’s perfect for the guest bedroom and get great 1080 TV performance by streaming and not have to pay for a cable box monthly, The picture and sound quality is good, The Alexa voice feature is neat. The BB deal of the day made it a good economic choice.

This HDTV comes with Amazon Prime built in and includes Fire Controller, with Alexa. Easy to set up. Already having Amazon Prime makes the set up even more easy. Includes other streaming apps too. Highly recommended if you’re cutting the high-priced cable.

I love this TV. The picture is so crisp and the size is perfect for my bedroom. The sound seems a bit touchy. 17 on sound might seem low but 18 might sound to loud. Also depends on the show too. I’d definitely buy again

I am completely happy with the picture ,sound and quality of my TV ! And the excellent price really made it a super deal ! Also , the support help to answer a few questions i had was also excellent ! Definitely recommend Toshiba and will purchase again someday !!

I bought this on price and trust in the manufacturer. So far so good. Easy set up out of the box. My only beef is that it seems to require you to click past Fire TV every time you turn it on. Maybe I'm just Old School, but I'd like to see the basic Channels first up then move on. So far Fire TV is not my primary destination for news.

Good qualities: smart tv, good price, additional storage with usb, able to rewind regular tv programs. not so good: have to have a strong antenna/cable for good picture, must have internet to use many features, sometimes blank screen when first turn on. if picture interrupted, then it will go back to home page or reset.

This is the best TV! I never used Amazon prime or Netflix. Now I’m addicted. I love it it’s just like a computer I can do everything on it. Shows movies old and new. Hard to imagine how it could be better the pictures great. I absolutely would recommend this TV.

My son bought this Toshiba 49" with Firestick..He is a newly wed and his wife really loved it! So I decided to get one for myself and it excellently fits in my wall right in front of my bed. Gorgeous!

I have had the old tv that weighs at least a hundred pounds for years. Finally decided to treat myself and it is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Easy to move around if I need to and and excellent picture. Thank You Best Buy for the great price.

Color is of high quality. The sound is great and there are so many different options to choose from with the different apps to help make this tv our own. This had been one of our our best purchases for our home.

I caught an excellent deal on this Fire TV for $199 and its been a year and it is still working great. The sound and picture quality is a 10. The additional features of this TV made me purchase another one. Overall great buy!!!
