It's ok for a smart tv but roku is better, fire tv is not as good as firestick.

The tv already has a light spot. Haven't had it long. The remote doesn't work correctly. Poor choice of a tv.

When I found this tv during BB's After Thanksgiving Sale, the price was just too good to ignore. I researched the product on other sites and was pleased to find so many rave reviews. Once the tv arrived and I set it up, it blew my mind. Fantastically easy to get all your tv/movie accounts linked ..... setting up the wifi is also painless. Picture is breathtaking.... sound is gorgeous. Being able to Ask Alexa for almost everything..... even non tv-related queries....is making my google home mini jealous. Absolutely the finest tv we've owned, and far less expensive than any of them, too.

Really glad that caught this deal when we did because have been looking for awhile for this type of tv. Love Best Buy app! Easy to navigate & check other promotions for type of tv we wanted. Set up was so easy! Access to functions quick, accessibility, smart tv, just can’t say enough good things about this tv! And, being a Toshiba, we a have a older Toshiba tv and still using it but needed a bigger tv and being a smart tv with firestick, just couldn’t beat the $! Told one of my Family members and said why didn’t you text or call me about this great deal (after sale was over). Said, would of if you told me you were looking for a smart tv with firestick! Thank you, Best Buy!

We have had this TV for almost a year now and love it! We have noticed only two issues. One, we have is that the Disney+ app doesn't always work. Sometimes it has difficulty starting up and we have to restart the TV. More of an inconvenience than anything. But it doesn't do it with any other app, so it must be a Disney+ issue. Two, the ESPN is continually needed me to reinstall and update it. No other app does this, so I'm not sure if the TV isn't saving the updates or if it's just an ESPN app issue. Other than that, we love this TV. It is easy to use, has vibrant colors, and the sound quality is good enough without extra speakers. We use it for our bedroom, so extra speakers aren't really necessary. But if I was using this for the main entertainment area, I probably would purchase a soundbar and surround speakers. But I would do that with any TV I bought. Overall, we have no regrets on this purchase.

I have fire TV sticks and tried this TV out to replace the one in my bedroom. I love the fire TV interface. I recently cut the cord and everything you need are on your home screen including OTA channels. You can see what is currently on every channel. I love it that you don't have to switch inputs to watch TV then switch to a different input for Netflix/Hulu/Amazon video. Just press the home key. Now I'm going to replace my firetv stick with a firetv recast for my older TV just to have the same interface. As for picture quality, it's not up to par with my 4k TV but it's pretty good for the price. I watch it from across the room so everything looks fine to me. The sound from the TV is actually quite loud in my opinion. I don't have to turn on my sound base anymore just to hear the news. All in all, great product for the price. I hope to get 3 years out of this product then onto the next TV.

I bought this tv because I like the idea that it had the amazon fire tv built in so i didnt have to use a fire stick. Everything has worked great, from the response of the fire tv apps to the color that the tv produces. Using the fire tv is easy and I'm able to use all the apps except for one which for me was a biggie. The plex app. I have a plex server and use it often so the app is essential for me. On the box of the tv It shows the plex app but for some reason on this particular model of fire tv it thinks it's not compatible. Had to use an older version of plex and side load it to the tv. Now I'm good. The picture is also good. Not the greatest but does the job for me. The only thing that maybe is lacking but I'm not surprised is the sound from the speakers. While it's not horrible it's just not that good, but most stock speakers on tv now a days are not. All in all this is a good tv that has worked great, with heavy use every day since purchase.

Great TV for the price! It is lightweight and comes with all of the apps you need like Netflix, Hulu & Prime video. I would recommend this tv.

I've reviewed the Roku Ultra, Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Nvidia Shield TV, and other cord cutting and smart TV gadgets like HD Homerun, Tablo, etc. This is hands-down my favorite. I typically buy a dumb TV and use the converters, and this is my first built-in. The Fire TV is fun - a bit slow, and occasionally freezes or glitches, but overall I love it. Once Amazon fixes the problems in this first-gen product, it'll be a classic. I have it jailbroken and updated with Kodi, Roku Channel, etc. Also have a lot of Amazon Channels. This is a fun smart TV product to have.

We bought this tv 6 months ago and love it!! In fact, we loved it so much, we bought another one on Black Friday. It's far and away the best tv we've ever owned. The picture is brilliant, and the sound is great!. It comes with Fire TV loaded, so if you've "cut the cord" and use something like PS Vue, Prime Video, or Net Flix, all those apps are preloaded. One of the best features is that the remote is very similar to the Fire TV remote, so now we only need one remote for the Fire TV, Net Flix, and the regular tv. In fact, the remote actually has a button for each of the following: PS Vue, Prime Video, Net Flix, and HBO. When we cut the cord from regular cable, we bought a Fire TV box for each of our tvs. They were $100 each. I presume they're about the same now. Buying this tv saves you $100 if that's the route you go (which I highly recommend).

A great TV, with a great price. Looks sharp hanging on the wall. Perfect size for the bedroom. Love the ease of use with this TV. Netflix loads hp snd plays movies wonderfully.

This was the least cost tv of all that I was considering in the size range. I have a couple other Toshiba sets at home and was pleased with those tv's. The picture is fantastic when streaming live TV through HuluTV or streaming other video over YouTube. For the price I paid, this TV can't be beat. Set-up was easy, although I confess to not using the Alexa voice command feature. I am comfortable surfing with the remote as I have always done previously.

This TV is great for a casual television watcher. It was easy to set up and the internet connection is good. Many apps are already downloaded, but I downloaded a couple more with no problems. The picture and sound are good, and once I got used to the remote, it was easy to use. Some reviews said you have to use voice commands for the remote, and you can, but you don’t have to. If you’re looking for a good flat screen at a reasonable price, I highly recommend.

The tv has a great picture, the features are really nice and it’s pretty easy to set up. Glad I got it for the sale price instead of the regular price.

This was a gift so I am not using it myself. It had a great picture; dimensions between legs would work on the space needed; easy to set up and use.

What sold us was the built-in Fire TV, but the picture is so vivid and the features so easy to use, that it’s a steal at this price!
