The best purchase I have ever made for a television, I am in the process of looking to purchase another Toshiba now, which is the reason that I am on the website. I would definitely recommend this TV.

I've had a few 40 inch t.v.'s, and Toshiba has by far exceeded my expectations for a budget t.v. Most others I've had seem to have cheap speakers that can barely be heard at 100 volume, but not the toshiba's. Picture is great (I could care less about 4k), sound is great. For $250, you can't go wrong. Trust me, buy one.

Placed in the family room, it makes for endless enjoyment. We are able to upload many different apps of all kinds. Children enjoy using it. I have owned it for 2 1/2 years and does not seem like it. Also, I love to play music from this TV with the sound bar I bought from best buy.

Tv’s are everywhere and I did research and so I decided to purchase the Toshiba 49” Smart HDTV and was completely satisfied. Basically I don’t care about surfing the internet on a television (I have a iPad for that). I just want a television to watch TV with a great picture and sound and this TV for the price just does that. I was surprised how the picture and sound was great. Technology is amazing what I mean is...If you have a television that’s over 3 years old, you’ll be amazed at the improvement if you decide to purchase a new one. The Toshiba TV did me right. Very satisfied!

Only issue is the remote that was taped to the rear of the LED was not the correct remote and I had to wait more than a week to experience the Fire TV Edition. However, when the remote was dropped off at my home address (FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE) I was able to enjoy my Toshiba 49" 1080p Smart HDTV - Fire TV Edition at the great price of $139!

Great picture and sound on this 49" LED TV. Very easy set up, picture clear and sharp. Was thrilled to receive, had it operational in no time and love the picture on this TV. Has apps already built in and price was one you typically see on an off brand. Very pleased with purchase.

I wanted a smart tv so that I wouldn’t have to pay for cable when I moved into my apartment for grad school. This tv is the perfect size for my living room and is so easy to use, even connects with my echo dot! Great price and great tv for someone on a budget.

Bought on sale at a price that was very good for the size and quality. Used very little but pleasantly surprised so for. Setup was easy and fast. Initially had issue with tv not returning to last input when turned off but was able to resolve with resetting a default setting.

This tv shoes a beautiful picture. It really looks like you are right there in the scene. Having the fire stick built in is definitely a plus. It’s easy to get the movies I want to watch. You do have to have a separate amazon account for that but it is well worth it.

This TV is perfect for anyone who wants a Smart TV built in with Alexa for voice commands. Picture quality is amazing for over the air digital channels and it is super easy to stream all your favorite content, like Netflix, hulu, or Amazon prime. Highly recommend.

The picture on this TV was exceptional for the price. The Alexa function is nice requiring only 1 button and your voice to change channels, inputs, and volume. However, the TV must have an internet connection or you cannot complete the on screen set-up or use the Alexa function. So each time you turn the TV on you get a set-up screen so you manually have to switch the TV input using the remote control. The TV was for my 85 year old mother whose hands and memory dont work as well as they used to.We were hoping she could just turn the TV on with 1 button then use Alexa for setting channel and volume. This is why I gave a rating of 2 as we were not told that and had no internet connection in the location of the TV. The picture is 5+

Very clear picture great sound I usually buy only Sumsung but this was a gift purchase and I have no regrets. The set up was easy and it’s very lightweight which I like. Since it was for my grandfather he was able to learn how to navigate the control easily.

I bought this as the primary TV for my apartment. It is the perfect size for my living rook! The picture quality is excellent and, this was not an expensive TV, however, I do not believe you could buy a better TV for the money. I am a very happy camper.

Great addition to our home. I love smart tvs. Being able to have everything on one acreen, no additional boxes, connectors, etc. Just hook up to wifi and go! Great picture quality! I have definitely recommended this tv to friends and family. :-)

Love this TV. It shows a great picture. Was easy to set up and program. Purchased it for my Nana’s bedroom and she had no problem learning how to use the remote control. Definitely recommend this tv.

I brought this TV as part of a Best Buy Daily Deal. This more than met my expectations. The picture quality is good & the set up was very easy (you will need a Wi-Fi connection) My only regret was I didn't buy another one.

Last time we bought a TV was fifteen years ago. We bought this new smart TV and we love it. The price was great and we recommend it to anyone who wants to replace or add another TV. Size is perfect for our family room!

Been enjoying these fire TVs for a few years now! Lightweight and dependable. Easy to wall mount due to the lightweight and the mic enabled remotes are truly convenient!

This is my 1st Toshiba flat screen TV. Im impressed with both the picture quality and the sound. The picture displays a sharp crisp image. The audio fills the room without having to increase the volume very high. This is also my 1st fire TV. I'm using an echo dot to control the TV functionality. Changing inputs, and channels, not to mention turning the TV on an off. It was very easy to get the echo dot connected using the Alexa app. Only thing i find is sometimes Alexa has trouble turning the TV on when using the voice command on the echo dot. This is a nice size TV for an average size room for the price
