Nice picture and sound. Wish it had more cable outlets. We had to get a HDMI cable in order to connect it to our cable box and DVD player. Great price! Hopefully will last.

This Toshiba is really good quality and the setup was very easy. No issues and the price was nice compared to other 50 inch tv's.

Bought this TV to set up kids gaming center in basement. Paid $269 for it on sale and though I read the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Has been great experience so far with strictly game systems connected. No satellite, DVD or Blu-Ray connected yet. Color is excellent and sound is much, much better than expected. Great set for the money and really good regardless of cost.

The tv has a good picture, sound is good. Very light and easy for one person to move. The price was very reasonable.

Cannot beat a smart tv under $300 with a 55 inch screen. Easy set up, cromecast works great. Has a tuner so both cable and antenna work unlike some more expensive models. Remote is nothing to brag about otherwise would have gotten 5 stars. No number keys so you have to cycle through all the channels to get the one you want. Solved that problem by using remote from my 50 inch that I only use to turn it on and off and use a Roku for internet. Would recommend it, great picture and sound can be used using a lower setting and still hear just fine.

I have been searching for a TV for almost a year that would fit my budget as well as my needs. Awesome big screen tremendous sound. Just plug in my Chromecast and bam!! Sit back and enjoy

This is an excellent 1080p TV with good blacks and contrast, great glare control; the sound is ok. It was super easy to set up. If you're not ready for full 4K (including the 10-bit screen and processor for the 1 billion+ colors), and like me, use a game system for your apps, I highly recommend this TV. The only negative is that there is screen fall-off away from center, but most TVs have that to varying degrees.

The tv has good picture quality, good speakers. It actually surprised me for the price. One thing I did notice was at the the beginning when I first bought it, was that the volume was acting up. You would turn up or lower the volume a little bit and the thing just went crazy going all the way up or going all the way down. It did for a couple of days. Not enough for me to have to take it back though. After a couple of days it stopped and it has worked awesome after that. No other issues. Great tv for the Price.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this tv as it wasn't a crazy 4k tv or anything like that. But the 1080P color is great. And surprisingly enough the sound quality is really fantastic. My old tv i had to get the sound all the way up to 50 to feel like i was getting good sound quality (without speakers) but this tv (without speakers) I never go beyond 20 and it's great quality. I can hear everything!

I spent a lot of time researching TV's and decided on this one. I am very pleased with the quality and sound of the TV. The picture is clear. TV is easy to setup and easy to operate bouncing from cable to Netflix to Dvd's. Also you have the option to change the screen size to 4 or 5 different sizes. I purchased a 5 year warranty. Priced was great on TV. You cannot go wrong with this TV.

I love the price for the size TV. The picture is great and was easy to set up right out of the box. The remote is easy to use and understand what each buttons function is.

I was looking for a TV that did not have all the bells and whistles that the smart TVs have now. Bought this for my father in law that hates new technology but was wanting a big screen TV. This fit the bill. No nonsense HD nice picture easy to use.

I bought this when it was a Deal of the Day after seeing it featured in sales in the weeks prior. I mostly use my TV for gaming (I own an original Xbox One and Wii U currently). After previously playing my games on a 720p Vizio TV, this was certainly a noticeable upgrade in visual fidelity and clarity. The colors really pop, and the real estate afforded from the 50-inch screen is perfect for playing games like Call of Duty. For just watching regular TV programming, it's very solid (my cable box only outputs 1080i, so I can't attest to what 1080P for TV shows would look like). And the audio is very effective, even though the speakers are mainly located on the back. It carries well throughout my room. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase, and would highly recommend for people who don't want to jump to 4K just yet.

Have had my TV for about four weeks.It has a great picture and the sound is pretty good, although I use a Sound bar. Other than a few adjustments everything was great. Set up was easy. I liked the price also. I would recommend this product. ordered online, and TV arrived when they said it would

Once again I purchased a great Toshiba product. You cannot beat this brand for the price and reliability. This tv is sleek, lightweight for a 50 inch, and the picture is great. Don't waste your time with the newer knock-off brands, Toshiba has been around for yrs and is here to stay. Great product!

This tv is a great bargain find. Please keep in mind that you are buying a budget tv. With that, the video quality is pretty solid, controller is meh, and needs some tweaks to settings. I have been using this tv for the past few months with no issues and no pixel oddities. Also, please look at the thickness of this tv - not very slim.

I had purchased a 43 inch toshiba 2 days prior to buying this tv. I saw a sale ad and decided to return the 43 inch and purchased the 50 inch. 7 inches more of tv for an additional 30 dollars. What a fantastic bargain. This is an awesome tv and i would definitely buy another.
